A special mention must go to Johnathan Steele, who was outstanding in every aspect. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, guided me through all the options, and kept me informed at every stage without ever being pushy.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and the personal touch – it was clear he genuinely cared about making sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. Collecting the Defender was an experience in itself, with everything prepared to the highest standard.
