Elgin Pentland Used RR Sport Purchase
Grorge was a delight to deal with from start to finish, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much for him to deal with. The dealership staff were great as well and always helpful and pleasant especially when I collected my new car. I had a small issue with a warning alert which was dealt with at Stirling and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. In all where largely service levels and expectations are declining vastly with a culture of low expectation and poor service everywhere this has been by far the best car purchase experience I have ever had and I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to use Pentland and speak to George.

Straightforward and Fun
Buying a new car, as a private individual, is a significant purchase. Harley Allerton guided me through the process, making it both straightforward and fun. The most important contribution he made was to listen! It's an important skill, but it made the process that much easier and avoided mistakes. The other key thing was that it wasn't a 'pushy sell”. I was informed of choices. Decisions were my own, based on my experience and then acted upon.

1st class service from the start
From first meeting George to collecting the car was absolutely 1st class. Any questions or communications were prompt and dealt with very efficiently.
I sincerely hope if I ever have any issue with the car that they are as attentive and efficient as they have been to date.
So far I’m loving my new discovery even though it’s only been a few days.
