Quality of service was brilliant.

I had already put in two orders with my PayPal email address, and then I created a user account on the website with a different email address (that I normally use for online shopping). The support staff was not able to backfill those two orders to my new user account, but they did provide me with a voucher code to make up for the points I would have earned from those two orders. Their support staffer (Phil) was very friendly and helpful, and was quick to respond. I appreciate good customer service. I have to assume the inability to backfill my orders is a technical issue (being a software engineer myself), so while unfortunate, I do not hold it against the support staff, hence the 5 star review. Plus, the products are top-notch.

Having just ordered my 4th toy from John Thomas Toys this should speak volumes. Very good quality toys and very speedy delivery.
I am very experienced. In general my advice would be go for the softer option and go for the bigger option. OK, I'm a size queen and that's what I have happily done.

Had an issue regarding a purchase. Staff have been kind enough to offer me a replacement toy and keep the toy i had bought which firmness rating had been mislabeled. Great brand, customer care and products.

I have ordered several times from John Thomas Toys, their service has always been excellent and a speedy dispatch/delivery (it was no different on my latest order). Only once has a toy been out of stock at the time of ordering but I received a phone call and email within half an hour.

The toys are quite large but so long as you have read the size/dimensions (I’d recommend converting the circumference into diameter for any avoidance of doubt) then you’ll be fine as their descriptions are spot on.

Best toys with the best feel I ever had for the start.
Excellent service as well. I ordered a toy in soft version and got by mistake the harder version. After I ordered 2 days later another one in soft I could compare and the first one was really harder.
After a telephone call and email explaining what happened they send me another toy of my choice, strong reduced in price (I could not send the first one back because I opened it and removed the shrinkfoil already). So they did not have any responsibility.
Very very kind move of them to offer this solution because they didn’t have to.

Amazing to finally have a quality dildo maker of this quality in the UK. They are up there with SquarePegToys and Mr Hankeys in terms of quality. The bag they send with each toy is a welcome addition as was the included chocolates. The loyalty program is slightly confusing but I've just started so I hope it will become clear as I get more toys.

Top quality products and best customer service.

I've bought from them a few times and had a couple of issues. They have since reached out and been more than helpful to put these right. As a relatively new company, I feel they are still finding their feet in terms of item and service consistency. Given their current stock (which seems to be ever growing), they could be well on their way to being a great fantasy toy supplier right here in the UK.

Pros:
- Toys are good and there's a variety of shapes and sizes to pick from. No seams and have some nice details.
- Sales are frequent.
- Can buy from their main site or on Etsy.
- 3D model viewer and videos for the toys on site.
- Toys come with a bag and suction cup.
- Would often add little extras in the package like sweets.
- Customer service quite quick to respond to issues.

Cons:
- Stock is limited as toys are imported. Can take ages for shipments to arrive (especially around Covid).
- The bags aren't the best as they can leave fibers on your toys.
- Shame you can't get to play around with the colours. You just have to select what they make. However, they all cost the same. So you don't have to pay more for colourful ones unlike some toy companies.
- Should be an option for "no suction cup" or hole. If they are coming with each toy and you buy several, it's easy to get overrun with them.
- Having the suction holes for every toy isn't always great either. Makes me think if they are trying to save money on silicone if there is a big hole in them or something? Sometimes the hole can be deeper than others, too.
- Firmness consistency has been a bit like Goldilocks. Originally, they were on the firmer side and then they changed to being on the softer side. As a new company, it seems they are still working on their products to get them just right. Hopefully, they will end up with a good balance. Shows that they do pay attention to feedback, though.
- You have to use Parcelforce Express 24. It was rare my parcel ever arrived on time and I had to contact customer service for a partial refund for the delivery. I felt embarrassed/cheeky doing this each time. Not really their fault, but shouldn't be using an unreliable service. At least give customers a choice if they want slower/cheaper delivery.
- I would sometimes receive my orders with bits missing, like bags and suction cups. Customer service was quick to respond to these and would send them out, though.

Definitely top-tier customer service. Easy to order and delivery is fast, discreet and problem-free.

When I have sent a query my response was over and beyond what I anticipated. 100% keeping my business.

Wonderful service- delivered quickly, packaged well (discreet) and fair pricing for shipping- so many companies take liberties sending to NI.

This was my second toy from JTT and I am so happy with it- the quality is fantastic and it feels amazing. I went for a small size in a realistic shape and soft firmness which actually all feels pretty lifelike as far as it goes. Would recommend 100%.

I love the speedy discreet delivery and the quality of the products are out of this world. Cant wait for my next purchase.

I've ordered several toys from JTT and they've all been excellent toys! They have an awesome selection of sizes, shapes, colors and textures. I'll definitely be getting more in the future!

Slight mix up and the wrong toy was delivered, easy mistake. The customer services to rectify this mistake has been amazing. The team have been so helpful and organised a replacement straight away. Even with the error i still will purchase again, once I’ve graduated off these toys lol cant wait!!

The customer service i have received has been amazing. Communication has been so good, answered any and all of my questions. Highly recommend cant wait to size up for my next toys now, you can definitely feel the difference they make!!
