Reliable ,Good follow up after booking till you get to the hotel and after you have left the hotel

This is my first experience booking hotel through this company and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and the commitment of the staff with proper follow up with the hotel. When the first hotel I booked later declined my booking after confirmation Jovago was the first to inform me immediately .Their official apologized for the action of the hotel and gave further lists of better hotels than the one that declined.I picked out of these hotels and I enjoyed every bit of my stay.The details and the pictures of the hotel given are as I found there.There was also good follow up on the phone even after leaving the hotel. this company is interested in customer satisfaction

Heaven sent!

Jovago has always been there to help me out, me been that guy who never plans, am so spontaneous that i never make hotel bookings before leaving home all i do is log on to Jovago and i am rest assured of great deals on the best hotels anywhere i go, Kudos Jovago

Good advice and prices!

I used Jovago to book a room in a beautiful hotel in Diani last month and I was really satisfied.

The website gives accurate and reliable advice about the accommodations. The price for the room was really affordable.
Besides, I appreciated that a lady phoned me just after I made the booking, in order to confirm it.

Just a remark: the Google map using should be improved because it's not working very well and it's not very easy to find the hotels on the map.

For sure I will use Jovago for my next weekends travelling around Kenya!

BOOKING MADE ON JOVAGO WAS NOT CAPTURED BY THE HOTEL

This is my second time of using Jovago to book for hotel accommodation. My first experience was very good indeed. But this second one was awful. I got to the hotel on the day indicated just to find out that there was no record of my coming. Luckily they had some free rooms.

What is the point of making online booking when the hotel is not aware of it. I was totally disappointed. Please always make sure the hotel staff record these bookings and make them available to anyone on duty

Good prices, good services !

My first booking with Jovago was in 2014 to go on the Kenyan coast for two pepole. I was very suprised by the good rates they have for some luxury hostel. I have received a call from them on my mobile, 1 minute after my booking plus the usual email confirmation. The girl over the phone was very gentle and helpful.
Jovago is now the first site for my travels in Africa and I would recommend this company to any one.
I plan to go to Tanzania next month and I know it will be with jovago !

Reservation was not made

I made a reservation for 2 nights in Kilgali and when I email the place for direction, they told me that they did not get the reservation and that they di d not have any more space in the category of room that I had reserved. They were very nice and booked me in another room but the price was twice as much as agreed on in my reservation. So it was the first time that I used Jovago and I was not happy as I had prepaid my room and I had to take a more expensive room in order to be able to get some of my money back. I think that this way of doing business is unacceptable.

I just observed that Jovago team has drive to achieve their set goal

Good initiative, concentrate on a wider coverage with flexible options. Prepare for growth so that your service delivery won't crash. Finally, I was promised an incentive email that is taking forever. Hotels.com offers 1 free night for every 10 bookings. I just started with you guys & would travel more so I need to know what's in for me. Thanks.

Self overrated

I used this site to book two rooms at Enashapai Resort in Naivasha. I had to make separate booking and payment for each room as the site would not allow me to combine the bookings for one payment. During the process while making one payment I was timed out and had to start all over. Despite this I still got a regret from the site that my booking was cancelled due non payment. The next day I receive a confirmation of the cancelled booking which ment an extra room on my card.
I tried calling the number in Nairobi but all I got was a recorded message asking me to leave my message and they would get back to me. This never happened. I had my wife call repeatedly and she eventually got through to a very disinterested young woman who was initially unhelpful in confirming how many rooms were booked on the card. A day later this was eventually sorted out.
On checking out the hotel reservation system could not locate my payment and they had to call the same woman at Javago to confirm payment had indeed been made by credit card. Surprising despite claiming to have the lowest rates available, I found that had I gone directly to the hotel I would have saved more than $200 on the final payment.
I definitely will NOT be using this site again and would advise anybody hoping to stay at Enashipai to contact the Nairobi head office for the best quote.
Javago needs to look at the personnel in their Nairobi contact office as they are clearly not properly trained in the hospitality and service industry!

Jovago is amazing

Jovago is indeed Africa's no 1 booking site, i would reconmend it to friends and family. Their staff was very helpful during my stay in nigeria. They have an efficient customer service and prices on the site r good. I particular enjoy the ramadam promo they had at d time.

Post the real pictures on the ground.

I went to the hotel with a pictorial view of what I had seen on the net only to reach there and the facilities in the room are not exactly as I had seen them. I had to ask for a more expensive room. My newly wed wife and I were disappointed
