Sadly, I purchased 2 Victory glass pendant lights. I purchased these lights for my kitchen island in Australia, so when the lights arrived I left them packed as they were going on a long journey. Sadly, I've had them fitted this week to discover that they are 2 different glass pendants. On closer inspection one is thicker than the other, and one slightly tapers off more than the other looking like they are hung at different heights. As I live in Australia this was very disappointing as I was told how wonderful your company were and the lighting fixtures you sell are very good. I was drawn to these lights via an instagram blog from Stephanie Larbey The Cheshire Grey Home and thought they looked superb. Sadly, not for me!

We do advise customers to check their order once they arrive for this very reason.
Then, if there's a problem, we can speak to the manufacturer and offer a solution.
In this particular range, Firstlight have confirmed that each product can be slightly different due to the manufacturing process.

Really fast dispatch. Usual delivery delay due to DHL who are pretty rubbish delivering when they say they will. Can't fault Juice Electrical though. I would use them again for sure.
