Ordered Thursday on free 7 day delivery, delivered on Friday.
The only fly in the ointment was that we had to go out and wanted to divert it to a pick up point but the DHL app was broken and there is no way to contact a human in that organisation. JES might want to reconsider which courier they are using.

Down lights 8 pack…
I ordered the pack of 8 down lights on the Sunday for my parents and they are on my doorstep by Tuesday diner time,that’s what you call service,ordered these lights from juice on recommendation from my son who also fitted them as me and my wife are in our 80’s and omg they are amazing so much more light,big thanks to everyone at Juice Electrical

Delivery of ceiling light order was prompt.
Whilst there were problems with a number of the glass shades Juice managed to obtain replacements within 4 days, direct from the company. The subsequent discussions on bulbs etc was handled to my complete satisfaction . Great customer service.
