I have been trying to return a tow bar for weeks.
They do not reply to any emails or messages.
Their phone system have been down for weeks.
Worrying !!!

Item ordered 1st June with next day delivery purchased.

As of today, the parcel has still not arrived and Evri / Hermes is still saying that the parcel has not been handed to them.

Despite sending emails to Just-Tow - I have not received any updates at all.

Very disappointed. Be careful ordering from Just-Tow.

Excellent price - Delivered on time (5 working days) - Ignored my email which was frustrating.

I wish to give 0 stars. An awful company ordered two sprinter rear steps 4 weeks ago, and still have not received them. Tried to call and sent so many emails to Just Tow company, no reply at all. my money is stuck with them. Don't buy anything from this company. Really bad experience.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little dubious about buying from just tow, but I went for it anyway as they had what I wanted at a better price than elsewhere and 2-3 day delivery. I can't fault the service, my emails were replied to quickly and my delivery was received in 2 days. Thank you

Because the delivery took over a week and it says 3-5 working days for delivery so I had to get one fitted else where and sent it back with the courier and its been 3+ weeks and still received no refund very bad service

Paid £10 for next day delivery of a 12N socket, gasket and bracket. This took 8 days to arrive and when it did so the terminal screws were rusty and the gasket incompatible with the socket.
I returned this as per their terms and conditions - this was signed for but no response to my messages and no refund a month later. AVOID!

This company employs the right people for the job in hand, top quality product fitted by experts.
I would use again and highly recommend.

3 weeks with no towbar, wiring kit and bumper protector plate. Was shown in stock with 3-5 days delivery. Attempted to contact company many times with no response. Eventually raised a case with PayPal for not receiving items.
Towbar and wiring kit eventually turned up in separate parcels, am still missing the bumper protector plate but PayPal are not interested as the company provided proof of delivery of one of the other 2 packages. Nearly 2 months since original order and still missing parts and no reply to emails.

Ordered the towbar electrics and various other little bits from these guys. It arrived in good time. Managed to get around to the job after 2 weeks to find inside a couple of bits were missing (towball cover and plug cover). Emailed them which they replied and said they would get it sent out ASAP and apologised. This never showed up, opened a PayPal claim with them which they eventually replied too and said they had fulfilled there promise of sending it out and provided tracking details of the parcel that was allegedly sent out, but this couldn't be looked up as it didn't match my delivery postcode.

Eventually had a refund, dissapointed as was looking to place another order with them for towbar and relevant bits needed for my 2nd car.

Scam company AVOID at ALL costs.
Ordered and paid on the 3rd of May with an estimated 3-5 days delivery.
Now the 24th of May and nothing.
Constant phone calls are NEVER answered and emails simply not replied to.
I’m not sure this is even an active company not just a scam.
Contacted our bank who refunded us with in the hour.

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago - unable to get through on the phone, sent an order confirmation that items were with DHL and a tracking number, DHL state no such item received . so 3 weeks later don't have an item
