I still have an outstanding product £50 that hasn’t been delivered, don’t touch them, there’s no contact if you’ve got a problem ,got a case going through with PayPal at the monent

after my order i read reviews and thought oh no..but it was exactly the opposite....fast delivery and a quality towbar.thank you just tow.perfect fit too

Emailed the company about my parcel not arriving yet as it had been over two weeks never got a reply also rang the company a week after that they said they’d get back to me been a week since the phone call still no response and still no parcel

Wrong tow bar sent, now will not respond to any communications- complete fraud having to go via PayPal for refund - Do not use

Very good towbar , well built and a good price . Definitely recommend .

Forgetting to send electrics until prompted...but quickly sent.

Awful , no communication avoid

My order never arrived I’m the time they said, waited a few weeks. I couldn’t get hold of the company to cancel it. No sign of it actually showing up. So I went else where.. then it showed up I’ve been charged and I can’t get hold of them to send it back.

Terrible company to deal with.

Item did not arrive and had to claim refund through PayPal. Very poor company

Ordered on 24th June and paid £10 for next day delivery. As 24th was a Saturday I allowed for delivery being Tuesday/Wednesday of the next week. It is now Monday 10th July and items haven't arrived and Evri is showing as still awaiting despatch of parcel. Will be requesting refund throughg Paypal

Took longer than expected to arrive but finally came great quality though.

Relay set that was purchased is not functioning 100% as indication induces soft light to opposite side, whilst providing action on side chosen, trying to contact just tow is like trying to get a response from santa clause, no good delivering promptly if you cannot be bothered with the customer after purchase, so not a great experience, by me.

If just tow would like to contact me to discuss with a view to rectification this will be appreciated?

Part of the order arrived. No response to phone calls, email..
AVOID - if they are still operating....

Arrived on time in good condition, easy to fit, all as advertised.

Been trying to contact Just Tow but no reply to emails and on the rear occasion that the phone connects answer phone kicks in and again no call back or response. Being to think the company no longer exists

Avoid just-tow
Didn't receive goods. Was given a Dhl number. Dhl said they didn't receive any goods. just-tow doesn't respond to emails -info at just-tow.com. It's been 1 month. Talking to my card provider.

Paid for tow bar, still waiting for a reply after numerous emails.
You ask how this company can improve.
Deliver what I have paid for please.
Can anyone help to get them to deliver my goods.

Have now received a full refund by going through PayPal.who accepted the payment for Just Tow.

If I only you could give minus stars. Same as a lot of others on here. Ordered and paid for but never delivered. Fortunately got money back through bank dispute process. Guy even did a sarcastic 'Ta ra' after he thought I had put the phone down. Try phoning and using option 3 shipment tracking you won't get an answer. There are no responses to emails, voicemails etc STAY WELL AWAY !!
