Just Tow Reviews 

Part of order not delivered, no communication following initial promise to resolve issue.
Over a month later still no confirmation of missing item being sent out. No response to emails to request for refund and no answer to phone calls either.

I placed an order for a tow bar on the 20th July, the website said was in stock. I paid extra for the express delivery service. After a week and still no delivery I called to chase. I got some chap in the phone who sounded like he didn't work there and said he would check and come back to me, but never did.

I have tried calling these guys on all extension numbers but nobody answers the phone.

I received a random sms message on the 29th July to say they were having 'ongoing IT problems' and that it would be resolved within 24hrs, but no mention of my order.

It is now the 7th August and I have today again tried to call this company several times throughout the day and still nobody answers the call.

I have left a voice message requesting a full refund and to cancel the order.

If I do not hear back from them by the end of this week I will sadly have to start legal recovery proceedings.

AVOID
although price is cheapest I've seen, there is a reason.... they don't send you the items ordered.
They do not respond to emails and do not answer their phones.

If you still consider ordering, please try ringing them first and you'll see what I'm on about.

After repeated attempts to contact the company over the last three weeks and absolutely no response I have to say DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE.

Customer services do not exist, 6 emails and 29 call with no response. Payed for express delivery three weeks ago still not received my order. In my opinion this is a scam company. DO NOT USE. They told PayPal I have received my full order therefore the will not allow me to raise a dispute!!! I have made a complaint to fair trading people. Again please DO NOT USE you have been warned.

My item was never delivered, zero communication.

I still haven’t received my order from the 12th of July order date
No communication and unable to speak to anybody left 3 messages and received 1 text message saying my order would be sorted within 24hrs that was Friday and today is monday and still nothing
Had to cancel the garage appointment for tow bar to be fitted
Absolutely rubbish service but glad they asked for a review before I even received my order after nearly 3weeks

After placing my order on the 29th June. with the delivery scheduled on the 7th July with DHL. on the tracker they said the tow bar had not been released from Just Tow.I phoned and e mailed each day and sometimes several times a day but it kept going to the answer service on any of the 3 options. No replies to any of my calls or e mails. The tow bar eventually came late July. but no electrics. i was eventually lucky and spoke with some one from the company and the electrics were sent out within 1 week. i had even spoken with my credit card to cancel and return the payments. To be fair once i spoke with someone things did happen. but there needs to be more emphasis on communication. due to this i would have to think very carefully about using Just Tow again

I placed an order with Just Tow on 9th July and chose the quickest and most expensive delivery option they had so that it would arrive within a couple of days and on time for our holiday which we needed the tow bar for. It didn’t arrive on time. I phoned multiple times and left messages but no one has been in contact. Today is 23rd July and still no tow bar. And still no contact. I would not recommend Just Tow to anyone.

Received parcel,found 2 parts missing! Phoned customer service and was told they would sort it out. No parts arrived. Email arrived telling me parts would soon be dispatched. Week later no parts,no response to emails and phone messages. A complete and utter shambles! Quality products let down by poor customer service. Still waiting for the parts.

cant get through to company , no response to e mails and voice mails on all extentions . Tow bar arrives without wires- fine , but still hasn't days after the tow bar. If you are in a hurry , this may not be a great choice of supplier.

The whole experience was very simple and Precise.

Purchased Towbar 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. No information from this company. I’ve left voicemails and emails. Not got any response back whatsoever. Never have I had such a shocking experience.
