Ordered a towbar and dedicated electrics under order #56466. The only thing I received was the email confirmation of the order being placed, after that NOT A THING! Telephone calls made to Just Tow were unanswered and answer machine messages left received no return call. Emails and use of the website contact form were just as fruitless.
Thankfully I was able to claim through Matercard.

Appalling service, wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing. No communication at all, no response to any emails, no one picks up the phone, thank you PayPal for the refund.

Ordered a 7 pin socket. Got an email saying it's not in stock ( after payment taken) do I want a refund or wait till back in stock. I opted for a refund. Weeks later after phone calls and emails still no refund. Reported it through PayPal and that didn't help. Now going to take this further. Avoid buying from here

Ordered a wiring kit shows 3 in stock next day delivery now after 2 weeks still not received and I am finding it very difficult to get any response from them no reply’s to my emails and phone messages (they don’t answer phone you have to leave a message)
Also trying now to cancel my order and get a refund! Can’t believe the poor service quality from them after looking on there web site saying how great they are! So be very aware!

UPDATE: 12/10, have just received a full refund via PayPal, opened a dispute, as still no item or communication from company. SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO STILL TAKE PEOPLES MONEY, I DON’T KNOW???
Ordered towing electrics on Saturday 23rd September ‘23, used the next working day delivery. As I ordered on a Saturday evening I obviously didn’t expect next day but I would have expected them to be sent by Tuesday at the latest. Thursday 28th I still hadn’t received them, or had any notification of when out for delivery, so I emailed them (I did try calling first but it just went to voicemail). It is now Friday 29th (24 hours later) and still have had no acknowledgment/response. I have again tried phoning but just went to voicemail, I have left a message but judging by poor reviews left on TP, and other review sites, I am not expecting a call back. So far absolutely abysmal customer service. I only left one star as TP won’t allow you to not have any star rating. Totally fed up with companies like this who are happy enough to take your money and not deliver the product.

Absolutely rubbish item never received had to get money back through credit card company

Product and fitting great but impossible to get hold of, do not answer the phone, no matter which option you select - I’ve tried them all several times. Emails, messages requests to call back, nothing. Appalling customer service.

Eventually had a call from the owner who was very apologetic and promised installation Monday morning first thing.

Fitter (Keith) turned up as promised Monday morning and was excellent, friendly, very knowledgable & thorough. Did a fantastic job. Product and service great. Therefore upgraded to 3* purely on fitting & product.

My conclusion is that the company has been built up over a number of years but is currently being let down by the admin side of the business. Need to answer calls and keep customers informed, even if something goes wrong, sh!t happens, but if I am informed I’m not as upset as I am when I’m in the dark.

Give them 1star because I can’t give them less , only part of order arrived after a couple of weeks , No conformation of order no contact whatsoever after couple of emails, in the end had to go to paypal to get my money back . Please do not order from this co, prices look reasonable but you won’t receive goods

Absolutely shambolic company. Ordered a towbar for my van, waited 10 days and no towbar arrived. Someone did answer one phone call and promised to look into the order, alas no reply was received. Several messages left later on their phone and website and still no response. Have now sent a message cancelling the order.

Did not even wish to give them one star! Appalling lack of service and a waste of my time!

Interesting reply from them as the only response from them was to acknowledge my order and to say it was being processed, no mention of delays etc! I would also mention the lack of response by phone or email to my one successful phone call answered by them regarding the above order.

I have not yet received the mudguards I ordered at the end of July. Received a message saying that the the order was despatched around 1st August. EVRI was the delivery company. Clicking on their tracking link says they are still waiting for item to reach them. Called just-tow three times. Left messages twice. Got through to somebody on or call. Said he would investigate and get back to me. Nobody has contacted me yet.

Ordered towbar online 20/07/2023 and paid through Paypal. Towbar didn't arrive, unable to contact seller by phone, no replies to emails.

Opened dispute through the Paypal resolution centre and received refund in full today 15/08/2023.

It would be easy to be scathing about this company, but it would be pointless, Paypal protection seems to be very efficient - might be best to use them if you decide to buy from this company. I personally wouldn't.

Ordered a wheel clamp from these people, haven't received product, despite phoning (answer machine only) I've left messages no answer avoid at all costs

Communication was none existent, chased order 9 times without any response, order arrived within 7 days (not asvertised time scale).

Product was fine, just an awful company to purchase from.

Stuff arrived OK (despite reviews) A bit overpriced especially postage

Worst company I've ever had the misfortune of transacting with. Took my money and didn't send goods. No communication whatsoever.
I've had to raise a PayPal dispute to recover payment.
trading standards should be closing them down.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

3 weeks no item received after paying extra for a quick delivery, ordered 22 July still nothing 20th Aug, over 10 emails to contact had no response from this company.
