Confusing descriptions of wiring kits for 2019 Navara. Two different kits fitted according to description. Ordered 1 which turned out to be wrong so had to order the other kit which worked. So I ended up out of pocket for first kit ( over £100) not impressed!!

Well, despite all the bad reviews, which I unfortunately only read after I had placed my order, I have just had a good experience buying a towbar and electrics from Just Tow. I placed the order just before a bank holiday and did not expect any delivery until after the weekend, but the towbar was delivered on the Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, the electrics kit did not. I then read the reviews and I was not expecting to see the electrics anytime soon. At the first opportunity, I phoned Just Tow, but got no answer to my numerous calls, I did leave a message though. Early that afternoon I got a call from them just letting me know that the electric kit had not been in stock, but had just been posted for next-day delivery. Well, it arrived the next day and my trust has been restored. A well deserved 5 stars.

Ordered a towbar and vehicle specific electrics on Thursday, spoke to Derek on the phone who said it would be Wednesday or Thursday for delivery. Everything arrived today (Wednesday) Derek has been really helpful, the towbar I ordered was out of stock so he sent one that was slightly more expensive and didn’t charge me the difference. He has talked me through a few points as I will be fitting this myself.

Was a bit concerned having seen some reviews on here however everything arrived on time well packaged.

The only point I’d suggest is when the order complete email is sent that it contains details of the shipping courier and how many packages are being dispatched. I received the towbar separately and at that point hadn’t received a tracking notice from a second courier for the wiring kit which arrived via a second courier.

I lost the protective cover from the socket of my removable tow bar. I found a replacement from Just Tow and it fits just nicely. My only negative comment is the disproportionate cost of postage for such a small, lightweight item.

Did not dispatch, did not reply to calls or emails.

Had to claim back from paypal

Was given a time of 45 minutes by phone. Then a message of an hour by text. Then after 1hr 15 minutes a phone call to say they would be another 90 minutes. I think they quite a short time to get the work but have no intention of meeting it. The tow went ok so they get 2 stars

The way this business conducts themselves is absolutely disgusting, have ordered many times from them as we are a garage that offers tow bar fitment, every time I’ve had an issue they have offered no help, when there website took payment twice, they sent me the order twice, when I tried to return one they fobbed me off saying they would arrange to have it collected, never did, recently I ordered a tow bar and electrics, tow bar arrived but no electrics, contacted them, no answer, emailed, no answer, contacted via there website, no answer, contacted my bank about goods not arriving and two weeks later I get a refund, then two days later get an email asking for a trust pilot review, well here is is! This company are a total joke! Order from them and you may get the order twice and pay both times, have a problem and they don’t care, if you really like to live loosely with your money place your order with a credit card because you will definitely need them to get you money back, this is a faceless company that hides behind there website and never replies when you have an issue

No contact, no response, nothing delivered. Never returned any emails or calls. I’ve reported via my credit card for a refund.

Absolutely no communication at all luckily towbar was good otherwise not sure what i would of done would try and avoid if you are wondering where your gear is after 3 weeks no response to emails no answer on the phone

Hopeless customer service, gave up after a week and found better service at Towbars UK.

This company stole over £100 from me. It did not deliver one of three items which I could not claim through my credit card as it was a second card. On intitial contact he did call back but over a period of several weeks never answered the many phonecalls or daily emails sent. Try it, you always get "operators busy" regardless of any of the numbers you try. It appears that stock is not real and the number available is taken from a suppliers website. Buyer beware !!! Worth a look on Company House to confirm the legitamancy of this horrendous company...
