Ordered some spare parts which didn’t arrive. Phoned Just Tow and they said they would check and get back to me. 5 mins later he phoned back and said they had been lost by the courier and he would send out new ones that I would get the next day. They arrived the next day as promised. Brilliant service and very helpful when I asked about fitting the parts. He even said if I had problems fitting them call him back and he would do what he could to help.

Wouldn’t recommend the toe ball I bought with the kit isn’t the right size it’s meant to be a 50mm but my tow hitch is clunking about constantly and yes I have checked it on another two towbars and it’s not doing the same I sent a video of the towball cover not even securing into the ball any bump would cause it to fall off not the best

Ordered a tow bar on line after advice and a lengthy discussion with the chap on the phone. He gave me the part number to order so I knew it was the correct one. I haveto say he was really helpful couldn’t ask for better. After a few days of waiting tow bar didn’t arrive and it was needed for a trip away. I rang had to leave a message and after reading these reviews didn’t hold out too much hope of getting a response BUT I DID and within a couple of hours. Explained the situation, a call was made to the courier who appeared to have lost it! Could only happen to us! A replacement was sent out the next day and it arrived as it should. It’s been fitted and we will get away as planned. I can’t thank you enough for doing that and saving my holiday.

Confusing descriptions of wiring kits for 2019 Navara. Two different kits fitted according to description. Ordered 1 which turned out to be wrong so had to order the other kit which worked. So I ended up out of pocket for first kit ( over £100) not impressed!!
