Excellent service from a nice young chap, had a problem with hooking up to caravan just before going on holiday and they sent same chap out to rectify it very promptly, he explained what happened and sorted it straight away, brilliant service thanks

Ordered full towbar kit including tow ball. Arrived quickly but did not include tow ball . Contacted seller who apologised and said he would get one sent out asap. Never received it and had to buy another from different supplier. Overall the tow kit is a good price and has full easy guide to fit.

Well priced easy to fit and video and phone if needed wired in and worked first time. Instructions are clear and not a lot of tools required but patience is required. Many thanks Ivan

Ordered a kit for my in-laws qashqai, instructions were clear enough to make it fairly straightforward. Done in a day so happy with that.

Only received half the order, haven’t received any replies to emails to try and sort it out or get a refund.

The detachable housing wasn’t engaging the swan neck lowball the fitter said he would bring a new one out when he came he didn’t bring one ,he put the lowball on and said it’s best to keep it on !!!! ,I have since taken it to another supplier and he changed the adapter it’s now working perfectly I can take it off and put it on …. Not leave it on permanently.It cost me more money to resolve this issue so not happy with the fitter and will not rec🤬🤬

Got what I ordered with no problems, very good quality and strong parts.

Purchased a tow bar and wiring kit. Had to return the wiring kit and was returned immediately. No details of how to return included either the item. Took many emails and calls to get the return address. Item returned and still no refund over 30 days later. Dispute issued with bank for refund and trading standards and consumer ombudsmen’s complaints being submitted. Next step will be small courts if I don’t get a refund. Absolutely awful customer service. Avoid buying from these scammers like the plague.

Packaged instructions were hard to follow, but the phone call I had to get it done was excellent.
