The phone was answered within one ring, the request was actioned by the same person and completed within several minutes. all perfectly clear. How refreshing.

I spoke with Alex today who was extremely helpful. He double checked some information for us and responded promptly to our enquiry.

Just had a very positive experience on my Just Landlords renewal. Having been with them for a decade, I'd seen my landlord insurance go up £100 in the last 2 years (with no claims). So gave JL a call on my latest renewal. Talked to Andrea who was v helpful in getting the quote down - increased the excess and lowered the index-linked contents. Felt that my concerns were genuinely addressed. Thanks Andrea!

I spoke with Andrea who was extremely helpful. She dealt with my queries confidently, was informative and a pleasure to talk to.

I have 2 properties insured by Just Landlords, virtually identical. One I renewed in July and the cost went up considerably with JL saying they have increased the rebuild cost to index linking. Now I have to renew the other flat and they have increased the cost by 19% but have not increase the rebuild cost.

They are not been truthful why one property has to increase the rebuild cost and the other does not, in a space of two months. All smoke and mirrors. Very disappointing.

The advisor was precise in helping me through the renewal of a lapsed policy. Made things quick and simple

You were able to answer my specific query regarding providing cover for Contents and Public Liability only for a self-contained flat forming part of a large block, where the Buildings are insured separately under a 'block policy'.

expensive - 24% and 16% increase over last 2 years.
Have to have insurance, hope never to test it out and claim !
Admin fees up from £20 to £90.

Just Landlords have always responded quickly and efficiently to any queries, and when there was a major claim, they dealt with it brilliantly. This morning Arthur handled my problem professionally and with patience. I am happy to say all is now well. Thanks Arthur.
