After you pay they try to sell you something else or you get a quote that your order is in proces (forever)
If you cancel the order it will take at least a month before you get a refund. If you pay in euro’s your refund is in pounds ( less of which you paid)

When asked for a refund, it required me to placing a claim through eBay before resolution.
How I wish I'd read the reviews before I used this pack of bandits.

Never ever buy anything from this shop. I ordered a pair of golfshoes for my husband. Off course the amount was withdrawn from my account immidataly. But when they couldn’t deliver the shoes (and I had to find that out myself), I diden´t get my money back. I had to go to my bank and make a opposition, before anything happend.

A very poor organisation to deal with in my experience.
As some of the other customers have said, I wish I’d read the reviews before dealing with this lot. I ordered a golf putter from them. They did not have it in stock, did not tell me they didn’t have it, and yet still took payment. When I contacted them they said they had ordered it from the supplier. Eventually they told me they couldn’t get the putter. I then asked for a refund to the credit card from which they took payment. After days of no communication I contacted them again, to be told they had “changed their payment system” and couldn’t process the refund to my credit card. I am still fighting with them to get my money back. They are a terrible organisation to deal with.

This company must be dealt with Jersey authorities due to their business of no refunding any money. One advice....do not order. And if you do, always with a protecting creditcard. I dont think MasterCard and Visa are very fond of this company with dealing of the back charges of creditcard customers.

28 messages exchanged and my putter is still missing. They ended up saying (after 4 months!!) that odyssey missed the order 🤷♂️(Worth saying: they did send a different putter from the order after 2.5 months)

Same experience as many of you! I ordered a set of ap2 with nipponmodus shaft, the order passed through and so my payment. After that they told me they dont have the shaft and asked if I could acceot a cheaper shaft for the same prize. I said no and cancelled the order. After 2 weeks still no refund and the set with the nippon shaft still on their homepage. Wonder how many have paid for this set which they dont have. My creditcard company told me they will start a process in 10 days to get my money back.

I could go on and on about my experience but it wouldn’t be anything that hadn’t been said before about this company.
Great at buying but as soon as the word ‘refund’ is mentioned then they won’t answer the phones or reply to your emails.
Eventually my credit card provided our refund and dealt with JustShopOK directly.
Reading reviews, this seems to be a regular occurrence with this company..... surely this repeated behaviour must be bordering on dishonest.
If you must use this company then use a credit card, keep all email correspondence and a record. You only have a limited timescale to claim on credit cards.

Overall an acceptable performance. Some things worth noting before ordering though!
1st - communication quality ... well well well ... overall the Communication must be much better and to be more precise => pro-active.
As a consumer I don't want to go digging for information or find out after the fact of ordering. That's really their job to provide full transparency on Price / Delivery Time / Constraints / ... anything else! And NO! it's not good enough to point out that it's written "somewhere" on the webpage or part of the "general terms & conditions" or some other form of "fine print" in a footer on their page. FULL TRANSPARENCY WHEN ORDERING IS A MUST NOT A NICE TO HAVE! ==> NOT AT ALL GOOD! And for me the main trigger for a 3* rating.
2nd - in times of Amazon Prime all consumers expect delivery times of 1-3 days at best. Anything beyond that is not really good. In my case between order and final delivery it took from 13th April -> 24th May => over a full month. That is not lightning speed! There'd been some hick-ups with address data and size ordered -> however that still does not justify such a long delivery!
3rd - prices on webpage show w/o VAT. Before considering to buy add that and you'll get the real price. That may change how "cheap" the offer really ist.
4th - not experienced myself but depending on product value you may have to consider import tax as everything has to go through customs clearing. They are not within the EU!
5th - communication speed is actually quite good; I've read a lot reviews with complaints about that. Can't say that -- replies always come within 24hrs at least. That's actually quite good.
6th - product. As specified - all good - nothing to complain. Very Good!

Thank God for Paypal buyer protection... After canceling a order before it shipped out customer service peomised me a refund. And after that.... nothing... No refund, No reply to numerous e-mails... only after opening a Paypal complaint there was a reaction that they would return my money. Never again!!

If I could leave a zero rating about this company, I would. I feel so strongly about how amazingly poor they are when resolving an issue. I ordered a putter over nearly 3 weeks ago; 5 days later they reply saying it's going to be 2/3 months. Fair enough but I ask for a refund - around 9 emails later and 2 weeks and I'm still waiting to get my money back. I'm convinced they are making me wait because I had the audacity to ask for a quick refund so that I could get from another seller. I'm now logging a formal complaint with them, via my credit card company and contacting Trading Standards - AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THIS COMPANY IS APPALLING.

unacceptable behavior: almost a month has passed and no news of the shoes purchased. If I had not written about 9 messages I would not have even deigned to answer. The question is that if they do not have the goods in stock they are not able to define delivery times in the most absolute way. In my case, after fifteen days they decided to ask their supplier what happened to their shoes. And after a month I still have not got the answer. At this point I asked for the return of the money paid and I want to see how it will end this story. I will never buy from this seller again: I really do not recommend if you do not want to experience delays, lack of information, disappointment and the feeling of being teased .

They then tried to persuade me to take something else and after a number of email exchanges and despite confirming I would get a refund within 7 days, I have still to receive it.

Ordered a Titliest bag on Friday & it was delivered on Tuesday. It was approx 15% cheaper with the discount code. Have to admit I was dubious as the website doesn't look great & some alarming reviews but to be fair the product was great with great delivery.

ordered oct 09, with declared free European Delivery, lots of unnecessary paperworks with Customs Service including translations, support from suppliers was insufficient. I have got only a order and billing information wich is not confirming with the invoice wich I have got 6 weeks later.
