Best prize, best comunicasion and best velocity.

The time it took for delivery and lack of communication from the delivery company (UPS) has soured my experience. Shame, as the product is excellent.

Nothing to say on my delivery.

But once I ordered 3 wedges and they made a mistake on the color of the wedge and refuse to change them despite they recognize their mistake. The only reasons i returned to this shop is they have good prices.

During the las 4 years I ordered a couple of items like sets of Mizuno and Ping Irons, a Ping G30 Driver, Ping G30 Fairway Woods, a Ping G Hybrid, Ping and Mizuno Wegdes (all customized!), a Scotty Cameron Putter, Footjoy Shoes, Callaway Balls etc.

Although the delivery took sometimes a little longer then with other online shops, which was mostly due to the fact that the customized clubs had to be ordered from the respective manufacturer, I am really satisified with the quality of the items, the service and communication, the shipment (via UPS) and last but not least the prices.

Since I am a German citizen I know that I have to calculate the Import tax (which is equivalent to the German VAT) and the import handling fees of the forwarder. However, compared to the prices here in Germany I saved a lot of money; additionally, some items like the Footjoy shoes in wide where simply not avalable in Germany.

All my requests by e-mail during the order process where all answered quickly, true and friendly. The items where original items and I had no problems to register them by Ping or Mizuno and all items arrived in perfect conditions.

On the basis of my personal experience I can recommend justshopok.com as a trustful retailer and will surely return in the future.
