Ho ordinato il 20/05/16 un Fairway Wood della Ping a 140£ che mi sono state addebitate immediatamente. L'articolo non era in stock e non mi è stato detto. Non ho ancora ricevuto ad oggi alcun oggetto o rimborso, pur avendo scritto al customer service ogni settimana. Le risposte sono state sempre le stesse:"lo aspettiamo per la prossima settimana","Ti avvisiamo appena lo spediamo","Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con la Ping ma ora ce lo spediscono" e altre storielle come queste. La mia richiesta di rimborso poi è stata del tutto ignorata.Quindi NON FIDATEVI,ammesso che esistano davvero,si comportano in modo molto scorretto. Mai più nella mia vita!
THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY, DID NOT SAY THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK, ALWAYS ANSWERED TO ME"the club is expected next week",I'M WAITING SINCE MAY 20th, AND HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED YET... Given that they actually exist, which sometimes i doubt, they have not really been fair.

Finalmente mi hanno rimborsato anche se ho perso qualcosa a causa del cambio differente!

Ordered nike vapor fly pro clubs, customised grips and shafts. They came within a week of when I ordered them and they are great! Thank you great service

I ordered two pair of golfshoes in january and got a mail telling that the order was shipped and that I soon will recive a tracking number from UPS.
I have still not got any tracking number (or delivery) and UPS have no information of a delivery to my adress.
Still, after a lot of mail to JustShopUk, I have´nt got a explanation of what`s goone wrong. Why???
If you have made a mistake with the order, ship it again!

Unfortunately I broke my ping G20 on the 2nd hole on the Friday, I decided to treat myself and ordered the ping G30 first thing on the Saturday morning which arrived Wednesday morning just in time for my 2pm tee off, used justshopok on 3 separate occasions now and each time I have been impressed, thanks guys !!

Brilliant service, very helpful, received my putter in 5 days. Would use again and highly recommend.

I placed an order that could not be satisfied. I cancelled the order and received an email advising that I would receive a refund on my card. That was 10 days ago and I'm still waiting. I consider that to be poor service.

Greatest service, you always find a friendly face and peacefull relaxing place. Definetly a must go.

Beware: they ship from Channel Islands (UK) but it's OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION. They deliberately omit that fact so they be able to make sales. I had to pay an extra 126€ - customs and taxes - to get my 250€ purchase.

I was served by a young gentleman last week at les mielles and very pleased with his services. He had a good knowledge of the product and was able to recommend me a good hybrid and match my new fairway woods shafts with my current driver.

The clubs also came down in within a week which was a welcome surprise

I don't normally write reviews but felt as the service I received from John was so good I have to write about it. I bough a set of Mizuno MP-4 wedges and time, information and help I had in choosing these was second to non. I absolutely love the wedges and I JustShopOk would be my first port of call for any equipment I need in the future.

Ordered the new Titleist 915 D3 on Saturday evening of the 15th Nov the day after the official launch and received it on the 25th, how's that for service. I read the adverse reviews after i had placed my order and foolishly believed them but after a short phonecall, on the Monday morning following, my fears were abolished and the result is one happy customer who will no doubt be returning to place more orders. justshopok take a bow and I hope you have a merry Xmas and a prosperous new year thanks once again best wishes to all your staff. Do not buy from these guys. I have cancelled an order (# 000025974 ), the shop confirmed that the refund would have been issued, and I am waiting for my refund since July 16th. They said they informed the accounts department on the 16th of july to issue a full refund (we are talking about 325.18 €). They are completely unreliable and they lack communication. I am not getting any answer to all my emails. Do not trust this shop, they have very bad reviews and a horrible reputation.

Following your reply, please consider that I have a valid VAT number and that I sent you the official document from the Italian Chamber of Commerce proofing it. What you forget to mention in your reply is that I did not receive the goods and that you accepted to refund me (This is in the thread of emails as well) but never did. So you are holding my money against non goods delivered. You are hiding behind the fact that to issue a legal international procedure for 325 € is not convenient for me. This is the reason why your reputation is BAD and no one should buy from your company; to avoid losing 325€ without getting any goods.

Deliverytime was 2,5 weeks and price was incorrect but they corrected the payment quicly and goods are what I ordered.

I have dealt with JustShop for a while now and can recommend them - their prices are the most competitive, with free delivery and great advice. I particularly like the free Custom Fit as I can get club's gripped the way I like them right from the get go and there is no up-charge for the grips I prefer! No one else offers this to my knowledge. I find it best to pay the VAT up front as it saves complications and surcharges that can arise when arriving in my country of residence - France. I would recommend JustShop without reservation to anyone considering buying golf products.

I was drawn to Justshopok for the reason that the website is fully secured https but not only that, I received great service and advice on my custom fit clubs! Great service
