First there was a great choice on The website and good price
Product was sent via UPS for free 😊 Rapidly
Finally i did receive many tracking and follow-up emails

Almost 2 months to get a refund

Despite having had very good shopping experiences in the past, my last order had to be returned (wrong sizing) and has take almost 2 months and several reminders to customer service reps to get the refund.... need to look into this!

Awesome selection and prices!

I had trouble with sizes and the customer service team couldn't do enough for me. They went the extra mile and nothing was too much for them.
I would definitely shop with them again.

Excellent Service and Superfast Delivery

I was looking for a rare putter and I found it for sale on JustShopOK. So, after sending a few questions - which were answered promptly by Fabio - I was ready to place my order. However, just before I did, I read some reviews on here and quite frankly it started to put me off ordering. Then, after further messages where total price, stock and rough delivery time were confirmed, I felt comfortable enough to place the order - especially as it was only £72 and I was covered by PayPal.
I placed my order around 8am on Tuesday the 11th of October. I received an immediate confirmation email and another one to track my UPS delivery. Clicking on that link allowed me to follow exactly where my parcel was - which was dispatched by JustShopOK that morning. The putter arrived at 9am this morning - Thursday the 13th of October.
In summary, I am SO impressed with this company and will definitely be recommending them and using them again.

Bad experience!

I ordered a putter according to the specifications available, took 3 weeks to arrive, I tried to cancel my order several times but they don’t accept cancelations.
When arrived, I had to pay customs because they’re outside of EU.
The putter was more expensive than in other online shop.
I didn't return the putter because reading the other reviews I realised that I would stay without the putter and the money.
I don’t recommend this shop to anyone.
For me was the most horrible experience I ever had.
If you are reading this review, please look for other shop and forget this one.

It seems that I am the 50st customer or so to not have received the items he purshased.

I order 2 pairs of golf shoes in March this year (we are in August). I didn't receive anything. I had to exange so many emails for nothiing.

1st. they told me that some of the items weren't in stock while in the website they were indicated as available and in stock. I would never have bought them if the information was correct.
2nd. they ask me if I wanted to wait until May which I agreed. I should have cancelled my order straigh away as I am still playing golf with my old shoes and my friend who had his birthday at the end of June is still waiting for his present.
3rd. The are very friendly by mail but the result is they are totally inefficient.
4th. They supposedly sent some of the goods purshased (golf balls and gloves) by UPS but they never arrived.
I want to speak with the General Mangement of this company or the owners, each one of them if possible just to check with them if it is normal that an order placed in March is not delivered or reimbursed in August, 5 months later!!!!
If anyone here has details about the Management of the company, please let me know. If anyone is in the situation where he wasn't reimbursed and or compensated for the inneficiency of the company, please let me know and we can maybe joint our efforts to have more wieght.
