Placed order waiting over a month, tried calling, emailing, their Facebook page is gone clearly a scam company. Do Not Use
**update eventually got an email in Dec and they sent an alternative product as they said the one I ordered wasn't in stock.

Scam site do not order
Placed my order on the 14th November, item was showing as being in stock. It is now over 2 weeks later and the item has still not been dispatched, I have had no reply to either emails or messages on the site. The phone number listed on the site does not work either! Avoid at all costs

You placed an express order via DHL but unfortunately DHL was not able to service your area at the time so we had to send it with an alternative courrier which took longer. Good company quick delivery useful updates
I have ordered few years ago never had any issues. Read a few reviews saying issues I ordered again this week no issues and perfect customer service with prompt updates. My parcel was delivered today ordered late Thursday evening.

Please don't make the mistake of ordering from this company. I was told I would receive the item that I ordered on the 4th of April, and having still not received it I doubt I ever will. I was sent an email saying that they have dispatched the item using DPD and yet their tracking indicates that DPD still haven't received the parcel. I have sent the same email every day to JW Supplements inquiring about the issue and not one of them has been responded to. Absolutely no customer service with this company. I would suggest they're scammers in my opinion. And, to top it all off, they've taken the money for my item and I believe they have no intention of actually delivering the said item. Please don't order from this company and instead go with another, more reputable one.

I ordered Iron Legion products on…
I ordered Iron Legion products on 12/11/21. Unfortunately, the package ended up at customs. On 12/15 I refused to accept it because the ordered goods should first be checked at the health department.
In the meantime there were rather noncommittal answers to my questions and since my last mail, in which I informed JW Supplements that the goods will be sent back to the sender, I have heard nothing more.
I bought goods for 133£ and all in all I am very disappointed with this company because no import duty was paid either. This is added and deducted by other suppliers when the order is placed.
I am curious if I will get the goods delivered again or if I will get my money back.
No buying tip if you order from Germany.
