I had a really great experience at JYSK. I had just moved into a new place and needed curtains. We actually arrived about five minutes before closing and were almost running from the car, but the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
They reassured us not to worry about the time and patiently helped us find what we needed. They were also very solution-oriented when we needed more pieces than they had in stock — they immediately offered to order the additional items for us and handled everything right there in the store.
The service was genuinely friendly and professional, and the curtains are now hanging beautifully in my new home. Thank you for the great attitude and service-minded team at JYSK! 🤩

I bought a bed from jysk frederikshavn last february 25,2026. I was clearly told at the time of purchase that the bed would be delivered on saturday february 28,2026 between 12 to 6pm. No delivery arrived.
On sunday i went to the store and ask what had happened. A cashier named Lasse told me that the bed would be delivered monday march 2,2026, and that would call in me in the morning. I waited the entire day, but no calls, no message, and no delivery.
I went to the store again. Another cashier called the main jysk customer service, and the lady said from the customer service that the bed had supposedly been delivered the previous saturday but returned because no one was home. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE! I was at home all day waiting, no delivery, and no one contacted me in any way, despite promises that i would recieve a call or message before delivery.
I have a job and other responsibilities. I cannot waste entire days waiting for a delivery that never comes, especially when your staff provides false information.
I am extremely disappointed with level of service. Being misinformed repeatedly.

Failed Delivery
We were home all day for our scheduled furniture delivery on 26/02/26. We received a call from an unknown number; when we answered, no one spoke and the caller hung up. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell, and the driver left without any notice. When I contacted customer service, they stated the driver was correct because he “called me,” which is unacceptable. This level of service is just disappointing.

Furiniture well made, but delivery costs are crazy expensive! We ordered a bookshelf for 400 dkk and payed 400 dkk for the delivery costs…In Copenhagen where most of people don’t have a car, their policy is not caring about people but money.

Very disappointed with my experience at JYSK.
I bought a sofa in November, and the process took four months (until February ) to resolve. The first sofa was delayed and arrived broken. The replacement also had defects. The third time, the sofa wasn’t delivered at all, and no one informed me.
Customer service and the store kept sending me to each other, and communication was unclear throughout.
A very frustrating experience. I expected much better service.

I am waiting for over 2 weeks for a bed…
I am waiting for over 2 weeks for a bed already. First one was just a customer return bed, because they didn't have a new one as was promised on the website. It was in worse condition than anticipated, with holes for the screws missing.
Now waiting for the delivery of my replacement bed again after they didn't show up for a full 6 hour delivery window!
