Very disappointed with my experience at JYSK.
I bought a sofa in November, and the process took four months (until February ) to resolve. The first sofa was delayed and arrived broken. The replacement also had defects. The third time, the sofa wasn’t delivered at all, and no one informed me.
Customer service and the store kept sending me to each other, and communication was unclear throughout.
A very frustrating experience. I expected much better service.

I am waiting for over 2 weeks for a bed already. First one was just a customer return bed, because they didn't have a new one as was promised on the website. It was in worse condition than anticipated, with holes for the screws missing.
Now waiting for the delivery of my replacement bed again after they didn't show up for a full 6 hour delivery window!

I ordered via click & collect, but when I arrived the order was not ready. One of the shelves I had purchased was not even available in the store, meaning my trip to Vanløse was completely unnecessary.
The order consisted of several shelves and was extremely heavy. Even though the staff could clearly see I was struggling, no one offered any assistance. It was snowing heavily, my car was parked in the middle of the street, and I even slipped and fell. The only help I received was being offered a trolley to borrow.
Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I ordered and payed for delivery to the house and the driver didn’t want to do it and was insulting and yelling at me all the time. He put the stuff 100m from the building and was swearing at me all the time. The shopping in the store was fine.

Sebastian, the JYSK employee, helped us a lot in finalizing our bed, mattress, and other related items. As we are new here, his guidance and explanations were extremely helpful in selecting the right products and placing the order smoothly.
He was patient, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the process.
