Product and ordering are very easy and i liked it..the only thing is the Delivery ,its says that they will call 30 minutes before the delivery time but i didnt recieved any call instead just a message that they have left it to the pick up point as im not home,its kind of dissappointment because if they have called 30 minutes beforehand icould have been home by then....we have paid for the delivery but anyways whats done is done....

Dear Sirs, I bought a bed,and they gave me 4metal things for fixing it. But we can't fix it, then they said we need not to use it. Then I said we should return the metal back but the shop didn't accept it and we have to throw them as rubbish. So that's not so good, hope you can check and change it.

UPDATE 28-01.
After some writing back and forth with Customer service, all boxes are now in my possession and ready to be assembled. The lack of information on the missing box was still not explained- but I guess things can go wrong. In the end, Customer service tried to be helpful and that's what counts.
Original 21-01.
Purchased a bed, with delivery to door, because it wasn't on stock at the shop and the "delivery to shop" didn't work on the website. This costs an extra 350dkk of course. Then, it turns out a part of the bed i ordered, package 2/2 was not delivered. It would come a week later, as told by customer service.
The courier told me I was supposed to have been notified of the missing package, but I was not, not by mail or sms.
Customer service wasn't helping much besides telling me they were sorry.
This is only the delivery service and dealing with the issue- the bed will get a separate review later.

The staff at the store in Holstebro have been fantastic in helping us create our new home in Danmark. All the staff are very kind, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

They said on the site that the had the product available in a working day but left their warehouse a week later. It was in good condition though. I also asked for help because I needed home delivery and had payed for it and the delivery company couldn't help me and jysk couldn't make them help me either. Unpleasant experience overall.

The young staff is generally very helpful and friendly and it’s always a good experience shopping at Jysk. I ordered many items in the shop at Amager Strand and Markus was great, very patient and professional and helped me to find everything that I needed.

I am super satisfied with JYSK products, but very unhappy about GLS. I ordered a big mattress around 2 meters tall and more than 30kg, and I marked on my order very clear regarding only accept required location. But GLS ignore that delivery this super huge mattress to a parkshop which 2KM away not the closest one!!!!!!!For a single lady who is 50kg, it is a disaster!!!!!! I called GLS to coordinate and they only said sorry we cannot help more. wow. Unbelievable..........

It's was good and fast shopping experience, I had bit busy schedule then I just go on their official website and reserve my product, and when I arrive at the store my product was ready 😄 so it was good experience 😄
