Ive received so many lovely cosmetics from this store, the pigmentation in the eyeshadows and glitters is amazing. Repeat customer always!!

Placed an order two weeks ago and still not dispatched. No response from customer service despite emailing them twice and contacting via social media. Really disappointed as it wasn't cheap. Cannot contact the company. Shocking service. Still waiting for my order...

I received the product a week ago. It was broken. I reported it to the customer service and no answer at all. I'm very disappointed: since the cosmetics are very fragile, I do not raccomend buying from them cause they do not protect them properly in the box they send them in.

You need to try this stunning makeup brand! I have worked with a lot of different makeup and the quality and texture of these eyeshadows and lipglosses are amazing. The colours are standout beautiful. I always get compliments when I am wearing Kaimacosmetics. The delivery is so quick and easy.
You can tell this stunning independent brand puts everything into their makeup ideas.
Even the packaging is so sleek and elegant.

Kaima Cosmetics is on another level to the other companies my wife has previously ordered from. The products are stunning and my wife gets constantly asked ‘where did you get that eyeshadow?’
For someone who suffers from Anxiety to make her feel good about herself Kaima certainly ticks all the boxes.
Totally recommend this company, Customer service is also first class, and yes, sometimes you might have to wait for a while if you have something on pre order, but it’s certainly worth it.

I ordered some products from Kaima Cosmetics on March 12th. They were all available according the notification. It is 1 month gone but both of my orders (one was for more than 100€) are still "awaiting the fulfillment" and I got no other messages from the customer service. Very disappointed and will never order from this company again.

Had no idea what to expect & was blown away! Fast delivery, great service, beautiful glittery stuff & a wonderful, unexpected, free gift. First rate!

I've bought Skulls and Roses palette in January, delivery to country in EU. Palette is such a beauty, very high quality and nice prive, additionally it was on discount. Really recommend, I've bought another palette in last week and am awaiting for delivery. Would add additional review on my IG (aryuka_makeup_swatches)

2nd purchase from Kaima cosmetics. X2 eyeshadows. Ordered online and with me by 12.30pm the next day. Postage trackable.

I ordered a glitter. I did not receive the parcel even after 30days. I have the tracking number as well. Customer care first said they can raise Investigation only after 28 days and now they say just wait for it. Neither they are trying to investigate nor delivering the package.
I will definitely recommend to NOT buy any product from Kaima.

Absolutely insane eye shadow!
Struggle to find cruelty free that is glittery enough without being sticky or leaves excess glitter but this stuff OH MY .. definitely my go to make up 🫶

Shipping was really fast! I ordered on the Wednesday at 3pm and it was with me the next day at 12pm 👀🔥 wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first purchase from kaima and I’m very impressed. Spoke to the lovely team by email and they responded within 30 minutes which is great for a small company. Would absolutely recommend in a heartbeat 💓

I was so excited to order the pressed duo chrome powder. When I got it, I tried using it and there was a lot of fall out, I could barely get the color to show on my skin and the product was not what it was advertised to be. I tried emailing Kaima cosmetics for some tips and have not received a reply. I was very disappointed as I heard a lot of good things about this brand

I usually don’t order thing I see on instagram, because it’s most of the time, false advertising. So if I can be honest, when I placed my order, I was ready to be disappointed (and even thought I would never receive it) 😂.

But oh man was I wrong! Not only the shipping was fast, even at this time of the year (with Christmas incoming and Black Friday sale that just happened, you guys shipped my package 2h after I placed my order, and received it within a week, even tough I live across the globe)
But the quality is 🤯.
I’m use to Pat Mgcrath palettes because they are so pigmented and buttery, but yours are next to it at the very top!
The glitter is all the way through, not only a thin layer in top! 👏🏼
Will definitely order more soon!

I placed my first order. Unfortunately, my package arrived open, and missing four (of seven) items. I emailed, and didn't hear anything for over a week - and that's when I saw (on Instagram) they had been on holiday (and subsequently arrived home.) I commented on one of the newer posts, and they replied straight away. I emailed again and my order was rectified so quickly. I just received the rest of my order.

My first experience of shopping with Kaima Cosmetics and it won't be my last! Very quick delivery, products are stunning quality and unlike some online companies they products are exactly like the photos and videos on the website. (The Multichrome pressed shadow is to die for, the pigment is deep and you only need one application to achieve the look in the photos) One of my eyeshadows was damaged (presuming in transit even though they are well packaged) and Sam responded to my email in only a few hours with a solution, replacing the product, which arrived in 2 days. Can't recommend this company enough.

I can not say enough good things about this company. First of all, some of the most amazing products i ahve even gotten my hands on, second, A+++ customer service! I ordered like 7 or 8 items from their website and when i got my package i was missing one item. I expected to get a bunch of back and forth trying to make them see i was, in fact, missing an item but that was not the case at all. They replied to my email with in minutes and immediately shipped out a replacement product. They were kind and had concern for my missing product and got right on it for me, what a breath of fresh air. Everything i recieved was so good, not one dud. After swatching everything, i was loathe to wash it off, the shifts! I will be a long time customer of Kaima!
