We are very happy with our house and the location in which it’s in is perfect (Maypole Place, Evesham) although it was quite a long process and a few speed bumps along the way and communication wasn’t always perfect, we are overall very happy. Encarna was always very friendly and personable, as well as the rest of the team. Thank you all!

Mark the sales superhero
Mark the sales representative for our site was a great help to get our purchase over the line applying gentle pressure to solicitors when needed. He was really organized and informative which helped us beat the 1st of April SDLT changes. The house quality was great and everything was working from the get go with very minor snagging to do.

So far so good
Moving home is always going to be a stressful experience, however Kasia from Kendrick Homes made the experience much easier. She was always quick to respond to any questions and a great point of contact if we had any issues regarding the process. Having never bought a new build before there were some things that we didn’t know about so having someone to go to made it much smoother.

Maybe Kendrick will stop ignoring me now...
I really hate that I am having to turn to Trustpilot to get Kendrick's attention in fixing an issue that has been outstanding for nearly a year. I have repeatedly requested that an awfully creaking floor be fixed - the first contractor was unable/unwilling to do anything, the second did a bodge job and now Kendrick are ignoring my repeated requests for a proper solution - I literally got an email before Christmas saying it was a January problem for them and now complete silence despite chasing. Even a request as basic as keeping the ticket open so I had the tiniest bit of reassurance that it was being tracked has been ignored. This happened with other issues I reported and simply lost the will to argue about - which I'm sure is their intention.
I really wanted to love being my new home but the aftercare has been absolutely shocking - a complete lack of concern and wilful gaslighting.
Buyers: please wait a year or two before giving any sort of feedback. You will get pressed to review on moving day when you are tired and victim to the charm of the sales people. This is clearly a tactic to get a good rating before soon dropping all attempts to actually care.

We have had an issue with our patio…
We have had an issue with our patio door and cold air coming in, which has only come to light with the cold weather and snow we are now having. We logged the defect on Clixifix yesterday (Sunday) and first thing this morning we had a phone call advising window guy was on his way to our home. "Tweaking" was needed, but we were given really helpful advise on how their doors operate, and best way to open/close them etx; we are very happy with the service given to us today, having an actual warm living room is brilliant, and loved our "door training" , we were advised any further issues to just put onto Clixifix and they would sort asap. many thank Kendricks ! We moved into our new home at Deerhurst Gardens a couple of weeks ago. The house is every bit as high quality as promised and finished to a high spec throughout. And so beautifully warm! Inevitably there have been a small number of snagging issues but these have been dealt with promptly; all done in a courteous and friendly manner. I've seen other Trustpilot reviews saying nothing is too much trouble for Kendrick - and it's true. We have been very impressed by everyone we've dealt with and would especially like to mention Lucie Langford, Meryl Kerrigan and Mike Ward. Thank you all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kendrick Homes.

We have just moved into our new home, busy unpacking boxes and getting accustomed to all the various appliances and how things work.

Good aftercare
We live in a Kendrick Home which turned out to have a very tiny leak somewhere between the boundary and our house. The water company were no help at all in helping us fix the issue and just sent us expensive bills. We spoke with Neil Bennett at Kendrick in the aftercare team who kept trying to find solutions and eventually managed to find the smallest of leaks and have it fixed.
The engineers who came out to find the leaks were hard working and polite. It was a difficult task but they stuck at it and now it has been fixed and taken care of by Neil and his team. Thank you for your help!

Excellent aftercare
We've lived in our Kendrick home for a couple of years. We were very impressed with the build quality when we moved in and there were only minor issues to get fixed. Unfortunately we discovered a more major issue with our roof just recently that became apparent during the hot weather. Kendrick Homes responded very quickly and came up with a solution. The tradesmen who came out to do the rework told me exactly what they were going to do in great detail and did a very tidy job with minimal disruption. We cannot fault the aftercare provided by Kendrick Homes, which was both quick and professional.

It was a very straight forward move, once moving in if there was any problems whether it was little or big Site Manager Simon would be there straight away to ge them sorted nothing was to much for him can't fault him and the others he got in to sort the faults out we found loving living here it's a lovely house,
Also meryl was amazing sorting the house out for us from showing us around to choosing the kitchen and tile etc highly recommend Kendrick homes amazing from start to finish
