This company got sub contracted to me by servicesite and they charged me for the initial diagnosis (which they did very quickly), then another £55 for the part and fixing (which they haven't done) it's been 3 months. I've tried to contact everyone involved and have had no reply. I've reported them to trading standards as I have had no refund or reply in that time. Criminal company. It is however funny that they have the time to flag up reveiws on trust pilot.
I have receipts for everything.

Gave me honest advice that dishwasher beyond repair 👍🏻. Save me throwing good money after bad.

If you have had Kent Appliance World booked through Repair Services and are having issues, contact Repair Services, as they now have one person who is dealing with the multiple issues Kent Appliance World is causing. If you are booking them yourself privately, don't! Avoid this company like the plague.
I won't go into detail the number of issues we have had, but it's been on going for almost 2 months and we still don't have a working cooker. If I could I would give them no stars.
Terrible communication
Terrible communication, including no replies to emails, do not answer phones. Arranged for engineer to come but didn’t turn up with no warning. When they did 6 weeks after the agreed time the problem was not fixed. Really disappointed with the service. AEG ovens less than a year old.

warranty work from hoover. original engineer did not arrive at the time arranged. no call received. Called the office and was told the original engineer was ill and it had been reassigned to another engineer who would be with use between 12 and 2 instead. no-one showed.
I have been trying to call them since 15:30 yesterday - it is now 12:10 and noone has answered their phone, yet they are around and able to block me on facebook when I posted my experience on their website.

am very pleased I have not paid them any money due to it being warranty work but even Hoover are shocked about their conduct and attitude.

This company are absolute criminals
This company are absolute criminals, robbed us of our money, zero customer service skills and I’ve reported them to trading standards. After coming out to assess a broken cooker, they charged us close to £100 for the call-out fee, promising to come back and fix the oven within a week. (They were supposed to have arrived in the morning and I’d taken a day off of work. They ended-up arriving after 6pm without letting me know or any form of apology because they said ‘they’d lost my phone number!?!’ They’d sent me a text message the day before to confirm the engineer’s visit. The engineer stayed no more than 5 minutes. He took photos of the oven door, took my payment to have it fixed and left, promising to be back by the end of the week. That was 2 months ago. The company never answer their phone. I’ve left 5 voicemails that they haven’t replied to. I’ve left two emails which they haven’t replied to. I finally got in contact with one of their representatives on Facebook, he didn’t apologise at all but said his supplier had only just delivered the parts. He didn’t address my request for my money back and didn’t send the refund! Avoid these cowboys at all cost! They literally robbed us.

Had to have a revisit for strange draining and spinning noise. Simon, Senior Engineer and friendly soon sorted it. Couple of small metal objects and a stone causing problems which were soon sorted - excellent service, now working as it should.
Company recommended, though sometimes difficult to get through on phone.

By far the worst. They cancel the appointment 5 times in a row. 5. Actually, they did not cancel. They just did not turn up, no one ever called me to inform me or apologise.
When you try to call them, they simply do not pick the phone. When you try to make a polite comment on their facebook page, they delete it and block you - hence why literally no post of theirs have comments...
They are an absolute FRAUD and most importantly bad people. They will tell you lies, be verbally abusive and straight up nasty. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Booked to repair our Rangemaster cooker…
Booked to repair our Rangemaster cooker on 15th September: phoned them to check when the engineer would be arriving to be told "he's very busy, so he's coming tomorrow". No use to me as I wouldn't be there. Re-booked for yesterday, 22nd September. It took over an hour and twenty minutes re-dialling on the phone to get through. Eventually did and was told that the engineer would be with me between 3-5 in the afternoon. Another no-show, no call, and their office lines shut down at 5:00. Cannot get through this morning, have left two voicemails without reply, and now have to go off to work. They are a waste of space

Do not trust this company!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!! I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but if this stops someone else from enduring the stress, inconvenience and upset that I’ve experienced over the last few MONTHS, then it’s worth it. They have never arrived at the allocated time/day - either complete no show, that I then have to chase up, or have turned up at the wrong/date time a couple of times too. The office staff are worse than incompetent. The communication is non-existent. I’ve seen 6 different engineers, most of which are lovely guys, but just as incompetent, as my fridge is still not fixed after months of back and forth. It’s been two months since I paid for the latest part that they decided I needed, after not doing so at the original appointment. It’s been over three weeks since I last followed up with them, and I’ve not heard anything since. Incredibly disappointing and upsetting. Not to mention the times I’ve had to arrange childcare to accommodate THEM, the food that’s been wasted from them telling me the fridge is fixed when it wasn’t, and the time wasted on this worthless company. This is only a fraction of my terrible experience with them. Please don’t even chance it. There are other local companies with a much better track record.
