Gone bust and phoenixes into Haven Kitchens. Website looks the same and past projects are using the same images.

I also paid upfront and never received our doors, now I know why!

This company has gone into administration - phone calls are not answered, emails not replied to and my parents kitchen has been in limbo since the end of August when this company went bust! I have been into the (apparently unmanned) showroom in Coypool (Plymouth) and have been told by the staff in the adjacent electrical shop that they are 'undergoing changes'.

They have now gone bust, we have half a kitchen nobody has a warranty.

Just been informed that Kettle Co Kitchen have gone into liquidation! We have 6 kitchen doors missing paid all the money up front and now have no way of contacting them as their number has been withdrawn! Utterly disappointed isn’t a strong enough emotion! Completely left in the lurch ! Ghosted for 10 days prior to liquidation, zero communication !

Everything was fine up until Kettles got the order then the service rapidly went down hill. My contact was very pleasant and said all of the right things promising an excellent service but didn't follow things through. I was without a kitchen for 6 weeks, twice as long as I expected it to be. I have ended up with a kitchen that I am very pleased with but that is purely thanks to the kitchen fitter, he was working at a disadvantage because I couldn't answer a lot of his questions which Kettles should have been liaising with him about.

This company has now gone in to liquidation.

Excellent choice of quality kitchens, and large showroom in HBH Woolacott store Plymouth made it easy to compare and choose new appliances. Particular mention to senior designer Simon Nicholson for his extensive knowledge and experience, we very much appreciated his honesty and practical attitude when he did the home visit, and his design was creative, stylish and went beyond our expectations.

From my first meeting Nicole has been very helpful and offered very good advice. Very pleased with the kitchen units and work surfaces. Although the wrong sink was sent out the problem was soon rectified and the right one arrived the following day. Cutlery trays are very nice. All in all I'm very pleased with my new kitchen and the service Nicole provided.

We were going to engage another kitchen supplier, but happened across Kettle Kitchens while visiting Woolacotts, Plymouth. From the very first encounter, we could tell Kettle Kitchens was special. The staff were very friendly, weren’t ‘pushy’ but were on hand to answer any questions we had. The displays, choice of finishes and extras were more than a cut above the rest! Our main adviser, Nicole, although quite new to Kettle, was a perfect combination of being very professional and friendly. At every stage, from design choice, through fitting to final inspection, Nicole was at hand to assist. We had a few ‘blips’ along the way, but Nicole helped us through them to our satisfaction. Kettle didn’t just sell us the units then ‘off you go’; they were there supporting our project through to the end. We are absolutely delighted with our finished kitchen and it’s a delight working in it, it is exactly we wanted and much, much more. We would recommend Kettle Kitchen , including Nicole, without hesitation.

We engaged our own fitter and electrician, so can’t comment on Kettle’s own fitters.

I have to say that the quality of the kitchen is amazing. The service from design to install and after care is exemplary - they couldn’t do enough to help. Worth every star.

Our kitchen is now installed and we are absolutely delighted with it. Excellent quality and build, we now have a kitchen which is a pleasure to use and will last for many years. It's really nice to come home to and has made a big difference to our home.
From start to finish we were supported and helped by Ross who went above and beyond and gave us five star service, guidance and help. Dave the fitter a very pleasant guy and skilled carpenter did a fantastic job. The whole process has been stress free and a pleasure, going forward we are confident that Kettle Kitchens will be there for any after sales service.
The fact they liaise with Woollacotts Electrical who supplied our appliances was also a huge selling point for us. Highly recommend this company who exceeded our expectations.

I was recommended Kettle Kitchens by a staff member of Woolacotts in Bodmin. After Rob from Kettle Kitchens contacted me I went to the unit in Plymouth. It was all very professional and Rob guided me through the process professionally and easily. I booked the 1st appointment in November knowing that the kitchen would be fitted in the following April. All communication between myself and Rob/Kettle Kitchens went really smoothly. The Kitchen arrived on the dates agreed and the fitter completed the work within the 2 week timescale. He always tidied up and cleared up every day before he left and always made sure that I was happy with the days work. The standard of the units and work top is second to none.
I would, and have, recommend Kettle Kitchens if people are thinking of having kitchen work done. Thankyou Rob and Kettle Kitchens for my brand new kitchen.

I have arthritis affecting my neck and back badly along with arthritic knees. It was important that a kitchen be designed that was not just useable for me but really comfortable for me to use. This has been achieved to such an extent that using the kitchen is a relaxing experience not a painful one. The longer I use the kitchen the more I enjoy it. The installation of the kitchen was done smoothly by friendly and helpful men
