Tried a number of different kitchen companies. Wanted a solid long lasting and timeless kitchen design. Rob listened planned adjusted adapted and reached exactly what we wanted. He was patient and never pushy. Took care of any bumps along the way while fitting was taking place. Not cheap by great value. Mark the fitter was brilliant. Worked really hard and took great care which resulted in a fantastic fit. Thanks

We are really happy with our 'Kettle' kitchen. We were both very impressed with the range of choice at the showroom and the high quality of the units on display. Simon was easy to discuss ideas with and helped us decide on a design that suits our requirements.
Mark fitted the kitchen and showed exceptional attention to detail ensuring that everything was fitted and finished the highest standard.
We highly recommend Kettle Kitchens to everyone for their personal and professional approach and for the quality

Excellent service from the very start! On the design visit Simon listened to what I wanted and designed it exactly as I asked. The drawings came back exactly as we had agreed. The visit into the show room to decide on units and worktop was straight forward with guidance but no strong selling. Everything arrived as expected and with no problems. Our kitchen fitter found the units, worktops and end pieces good to work with. Fabulous, very pleased.

Absoultley terrible experience with this company, from 3 sets of doors as all arrived damaged to wrong measurements taken from the start, i am still waiting for work to be finished and my kitchen was started in jun 2023, i have constantly had to chase to get answers as to when work will be completed to be told all fitters are currently busy on new clients, i would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use their services again.

From our first meeting with Simon Nicholson it was obvious that we had been recommended to a quality company by Chloe of All Home Improvements based at Tamar view garden centre. The vast display on offer by Kettle at Woolacotts Plymouth was tremendous. Simon listened to our requirements and skillfully guided us all the way through the process to completion. We now have a superior quality kitchen to be proud of. Adam from All Home Improvements did a wonderful installation and we look forward to seeing him soon to renew our flat roof.

Using Kettle & co was a joy, from beginning to end. Millie and colleagues were all so helpful, spending time with us to plan our new kitchen, offering both thoughtful and creative solutions to any problems that invariably arise between your wish list, and the limitations of your budget and physical space! Chris, our ‘wet fit’ builder was equally incredible, doing a beautiful job that included demolition, kitchen fitting, carpentry and plumbing, not forgetting his project management of the plasterer, electrician and flooring team. They all helped us realise our dream kitchen and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend them. Alex and Matt

I ordered my kitchen from Kettle during the covid period, at the time with restrictions we were unable to visit the showroom to see the products available however as this is a smaller business and wanting to not use the large company's we took a chance and purchased the kitchen.

One of the reasons for the purchase was the warranty. our last kitchen we has an issue with the doors delaminating and did not want this to happen again. I was assured by Paul that any issues would be rectified under the warranty.
unfortunately most of the kitchen doors have started to bow and warp, none of the doors are now flat it looks like a Mexican wave, I spoke to Paul from Plymouth showroom and he informed me that the issue would be dealt with.
however this is not the case. I have contacted him several time via phone and email and there is never any conclusion only "leave it with me I will get this sorted for You" this is not the case.

The kitchen is nice but unfortunately the warranty is not as promised. in hindsight I should have gone with one of the larger company's.

I would highly recommend Simon Nicholson at Kettle Kitchens, right from the very beginning to the very end he has gone above and beyond to help us get the kitchen we now absolutely love, even measuring for our bespoke larder cupboard and fitting it into his design. Phoning on his days off to assist us. Lewis who came to fit the kitchen has done a great job. Would highly recommend them.

Kettle Kitchens came as a recommendation from our neighbour. So glad we took there advice. From Kieran the kitchen designer, Tom the fitter also the electrician and plumber. All of them where very professional in all there work. Everything was left tidy each day and all where friendly and very professional.

We had a lovely kitchen from Kettle and Simon's design. The kitchen fitter, Mark and electrician Andy were very professional & thorough. All happened on time and I would be happy to recommend Kettle.

Our property is very old and the construction made the project very challenging. We were very pleased with the company's approach to and handling of these challenges.
The end result is that we have ended up with just the kitchen we had hoped for - "A great kitchen”

Many thanks to the team at Kettle for both the design and installation of our new kitchen, wardrobes, and office furniture. One of the things that has impressed me other than the quality, brilliant design and the professional fit, is that inevitably things don't always go to plan or work first time on any project, however, the Kettle team have been very responsive and innovative when things haven’t quite gone to plan and have taken responsibility for the installation from start to finish with great interest and enthusiasm. Highly recommended and well worth a 5-star review.

We love our new kitchen. Kettle Kitchens did a great job from start to finish. We particularly appreciated the open and honest approach to design what would work/what was less likely to and also their flexibility when we wanted to source alternative worktops or change unit types. We highly recommend both Simon our designer and Mark who fitted the kitchen. Thank you Kettle Kitchens.

Excellent service from start to finish and endless patience. A new kitchen is a big investment & they recognise this and offer excellent support and advice.

Well designed, excellent quality and great customer service

Very unimpressed with the stress the fitting of a Kettle Kitchen has caused a family member. I would call it a comedy of errors …. but nothing funny about it! The communication is exceptionally poor and when an installation date was finally set (it was moved back several times) the parts didn’t arrive on time, or arrived damaged or incorrectly fitting. There was a lack of communication between office and trades and as to who should pay for parts/or the trades, even though the full amount had been paid up front at the insistence of the Company (on hindsight this was a mistake!) Family member still has an incomplete kitchen, but quite frankly the whole fiasco has left them traumatised and wanting to complete it themselves. Never have I seen a company operate this way!

Having never had a new kitchen before I enjoyed the experience from the planning with jodie to the fitting Dave the fitter did an excellent job and I am really pleased with the result.Well done kettle Co kitchens.Thankyou.

Ross (kitchen designer and project management) had a very good grasp of the need for functionality and aesthetic. As a result, we now have a beautifully designed kitchen that is a pleasure to cook and host in. We had a few minor hiccups which were resolved swiftly by Frank (kitchen fitter) who was professional in his approach and understanding of good customer service. Very happy!

They were very helpful with any questions we asked. Harmony project managed all the work efficiently. Lewis the kitchen fitter was very good at his job. An overall good experience

Really happy with our new kitchen from Kettle. Everything was as we hoped. Our designer Harmony was brilliant, gave great advice and helped us achieve our final design which we loved. Harmony was very easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend Kettle Kitchens for their quality and professionalism.
