We looked at three different companies for a replacement kitchen, of which Kettle was slightly more expensive - however, the better quality cabinet and doors were clear to see.
Jodie oversaw the design and listened carefully to what we wanted - she was able to make suggestions for several bespoke cabinets to maximise use of space and also a reduced height double oven as I am short! It's brilliant. We liked the fact that she came out to measure initially and discuss ideas; we met again at Kettle and then both Jodie and Dave, the fitter, came for a final survey before ordering the cabinets - various adjustments were made at this point based on Dave's advice. I felt wholly confident that there would be no errors and there were none.
Jodie was easily contacted and very responsive and supportive throughout; she was very patient with any changes we wanted. Dave was clearly an expert fitter, meticulous, clean and quiet and he has done a first class job.
We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen: it's solid, functional and beautiful. Can absolutely recommend Kettle Kitchens, St Austell.

From our first visit to Kettle (Plymouth) to the final sign-off Simon has supported us all the way with design suggestions, even if we didn’t take them up, and dealing with changes/queries we had.

Mark the fitter did an excellent job, as did Andy the electrician and Ben the plasterer.

The only issue we had was with the quartz worktop (hence the 4 stars) which had to be re-cut due to a machining error, these things happen, but did delay the finish by 2 weeks. However, this was resolved quickly with minimum fuss.

From the first visit to Kettle Kitchens we were impressed. Jodie was attentive, gave good advice and we felt she had a wealth of knowledge in kitchen design. The communication between Jodie and ourselves was excellent throughout the whole process. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and Pete, the fitter did a fantastic job.

Very pleased with the kitchen from Kettle &Co. All the kitchen units were delivered on time as was the removal of our old quartz top. I would have given 5 stars except for a glitz in the delivery of the worktop upstand from an outside supplier which delayed the finishing of the kitchen by a couple of days. Frankie, the kitchen fitter and his mate were excellent & would thoroughly recommend them. Frankie organised the electrician and plumber so the fitting went smoothly. All in all a satisfied customer.

From initial design to delivery of kitchen. We could not fault the professionalism of Simon Nicholson and kettle kitchens. The overall design is perfect for our needs. The quality of the kitchen is top notch and I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Our kitchen is beautiful and I would recommend kettle (and especially Simon) to anyone looking at buying their new kitchen. There were a few issues with damaged doors within the delivery, these things obviously happen when in transit, but kettle resolved all the issues once reported and the commutation was great. Cannot recommend enough!!!!

This company was very professional and not over pushy. Felt what they said was truthful.

The combination of great design, admirable craftsmanship and good communication made our total kitchen refit as painless as possible and delivered a fantastic kitchen.
Our designer, Simon Nicholson, spent a lot of time listening to our needs and suggesting alternatives. He drew us up some fantastic plans so we could envisage what the finished product would look like and was patient with us changing our minds. Everything he advised from the point of view of aesthetics and practicality turned out to be spot on.
Simon engaged the dream team of kitchen fitters. Mark Payne, the cabinet fitter and team leader, put in long hours making sure everything was fitted to perfection. He paid a great deal of attention to detail and very patiently showed us how everything worked.
Dan Anderson did all our gas and plumbing. It's the first time I can remember admiring pipework.
Chris Williams did our plastering. What a craftsman.
Andy Davies was our electrician and he made it all look so easy and no trouble at all. He advised on lighting, switches, the fuse box and nothing was too much trouble.
To sum up, what could have been a pretty miserable time without a kitchen turned into an enjoyable experience. I know where all the pipes and cables are and why and we now have a stylish kitchen that really works for us.

Really clever design where our ideas, needs and wants were listened to. Straightforward process from design to fit with great attention to detail and communication.

From initial design to the fitting, Kettle Kitchens in Plymouth were excellent in helping us to achieve our dream kitchen. A big thank you to Simon for all his advice and guidance throughout the process in order to achieve and maximise the potential of our kitchen space. Nothing was ever too much trouble and that professional knowledge was invaluable.

A special mention to the fitters Lewis and Charlie who did a brilliant job throughout the week ensuring the kitchen was finished to a really high standard.

We are delighted with the final result!

Simon provided provided friendly and informative advice which allowed use to chose a suitable kitchen for our farmhouse rennovation. He responded quickly to any queries we had and kept in touch over an extended period of the rennovation to check we were happy with everything. Any issues surrounding the delivery of kitchen parts werequickly resolved and we are really delighted with the end result.

I had spent a huge amount of time going to several different kitchen designers, all the obvious high street names, the one thing that they all had in common was that we wouldn't get any change from 20k, the other thing they all had in common was that they had zero imagination, there was no "design" going into any of the designs. Just boxes on a wall.
For £20k my husband could produce something far more interesting, in fact anyone handy on a computer could.
I went to Kettle and in 15 minutes of Kettle closing and telling Dan the above, he pretty much grasped what I was looking for and had me back in store within a week with designs that were exactly what I'd been waiting for. If I'm parting with a large amount of money I wanted something pretty wow, and he delivered.
Service was great, detail of requirements were understood and captured into the design and the finished product was just fantastic. I have a kitchen that doesn't look like one I've seen anywhere else, which is exactly what I wanted.
Kitchens are expensive so I think if you have to spend a lot of money, it might as well be spent having exactly what you want, and I felt that I got that with Kettle.

We were recommended to go to Kettle by a friend & we can’t thank her enough & we would recommend anyone to go to Kettle.

The speed at which we arranged our kitchen designer, Jodie, to come round was incredible. In fact it was the day after on Jan 2nd!! You can’t get swifter service than that. And it’s not because they’re not busy.

Jodie came up with a much better design from our previous kitchen. Instead of 2x 300 cupboards either side the cooker, we have 2x 600. It’s much easier to get to items in a wider cupboard.

Even more importantly is the quality of the units. Our builder has come across a lot of kitchen units & he is very impressed with the quality for the cost.

All the staff were so helpful whenever we rang up or called in to choose various items - taps, worktop, handles etc. They helped us make sure we made the right decision to match units with the worktop etc & furniture in our kitchen.

Their follow up care is excellent too. Nothing was too much trouble.

We really can’t thank them enough.

Recently, I had a complete kitchen replacement installed by Kettle and was really impressed with the result.

The designer (Millie) did a great job producing a vibrant and bright working area. And coped admirably with (my) multiple requirement changes along the way!

The fitter (Frank) installed the units to a high standard, on time, and went above and beyond organising electrical, plastering and plumbing subcontractors, whose work was also superb.

Communication was frequent, timely and friendly throughout the project.

The quality and price of the kitchen provided was exactly the value I was looking for. Thanks for great service.

My kitchen is amazing! Jodie understood exactly what I was looking for perfectly and brought it in on budget. The fitter has done a faultless job. I can't recommend Kettle Co. highly enough.

We are really pleased with our Kettle kitchen. The whole process from start to finish was excellent - we were kept informed all the way through. Simon, the designer, and Mark the fitter were both very skilled and helpful, and both went the extra mile for us. We needed the design to complement our existing Victorian furniture in Victorian house - and it does. The final result is a great quality kitchen which perfectly fits our style and lifestyle.

From the get-go i knew i was in safe hands. After my first meeting with Simon Nicholson at Kettle i could tell he was a true professional, not just there to get a quick sale. Simon took the time to understand our needs, came to site and spent time understanding our requirements, how we used our current kitchen, the flow etc. but more importantly he provided his design flare in accordance with the type of property. From there Simon produced some excellent designs which really wowed both my wife and I, very few tweaks were required.
The kitchen was delivered by a professional team and then then project was picked up by Alex an outstanding fitter working for Kettle, Alex was polite and professional at all times, not sure I have ever met a trades person that takes such care with the small details, nothing was too much. All areas of the fitout were completed by Alex from the flooring, plasterwork repair, bespoke carpentry, Electrics, plumbing and then the actual fitting of the units.
Did we have issues, yes, you can’t expect any home improvement project to run 100% smoothly. However, the issues were small. Alex worked closely with Simon to resolve them quickly and at no expense to myself.
I now have an amazing kitchen, the stress at the start of who do we use, the cost etc. has been washed away, so pleased we picked Kettle for this project. Would I recommend Kettle to my family and friends 100%, I would also ensure they used Alex.

In all honesty I was sceptical to try someone new, but I was totally surprised about the professional listening skills and patience that Ezme has. Simon was always there to help and nothing seemed too difficult for them.
I can’t speak too highly regarding the quality of service.
Ezme was excellent and understood my needs, easy to talk to, and I was not put under any pressure.

The staff at Kettle and co. were very helpful and kind leading to a home visit by Lily. She brought things to my attention which I had not thought of making the design more user friendly and purposeful. Very good service, nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend them at any time.
