We are extremely pleased with our Kettle's Kitchen. Although not the cheapest, we went to Kettle's because they were able to customise the kitchen to our requirements which many other kitchen companies were unable to do.
The staff in the Plymouth showroom were very helpful and in particular Hannah, who designed the kitchen was extremely understanding, helpful and efficient at every stage in the process. The kitchen arrived on time and nothing was damaged. There was one small problem with a small door above the built in microwave which our fitters noticed ------ the hinges were too close together. This was resolved quickly by Hannah.
Everyone has liked the kitchen, and stated how well built the kitchen is.
We would thoroughly recommend Hannah and Kettle's Kitchens.

Eleanor at Kettle Co designed our lovely new kitchen. She was extremely helpful, supportive and flexible throughout the whole process and we were delighted with the final kitchen design. She kept in touch with us throughout and agreed delivery dates were kept to.
We decided to do a self installation and are very happy with the quality and finish of the products supplied which were made by them in their own factory. The only comment would be that as it was a self instal (as opposed to one of their fitting teams) there was a slight disconnect between the factory and sales team in that not all the fittings were provided as needed.
Other than that we are delighted with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending Kettle Co Kitchen.

Having just moved house I wanted to alter the kitchen & then decided to go the whole hog! From the start I was satisfied with the service & advice I received from Simon. He went the extra mile when I had queries & when I asked for the fitting to be delayed. The kitchen has quality & I am really pleased to have got it. Thanks, Simon.

Fitted lots of different kitchens over the years, found Kettle Kitchens fully assembled units very high quality and a real time saver as we are all so busy this was a great help. The other big plus is their ability to make to measure units to suit the space we had. Simon Nicholson our point of contact was so helpful and responded immediately if we had any questions. Will definitely use again.

Right from design choice to managing budget and customer service we have had an exceptional experience from Simon at Kettle in Plymouth. The quality is excellent even our independent fitter commented Kettle was quality compared to others. Simon was patient in changing designs from cottage style to truly modern with gloss cabinets. He was able to make last minute changes due to measurements which meant no delays for fitters. He even text me on days off to keep me informed. Store manager also popped out to deliver additional doors. A great experience for what could have been a stressful time! Couldn’t recommend enough.

We enthusiastically recommend Kettle for quality and support. Nothing was too much for Beth. Beth’s enthusiasm was obvious from the start. Beth drew up a design incorporating features that significantly enhanced our own thoughts and provided very pleasing solutions to tricky areas of the kitchen. Throughout, Beth was always available to deal with issues as they arose without delay. The kitchen fitters were also excellent. We are v pleased with the result. The finished product is fantastic with high quality units. Without doubt, Beth and Kettle effectively managed the project such that the stress on us was minimised. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Beth and Kettle.

After getting a number of designs, the design by Kieran at St Austell Kettle was by far the most atheistically pleasing. Kieran then listened carefully to all of my additional mini tweaks and after putting up with me changing my mind many times, he got it perfect. Kieran kept in touch throughout the installation process and even helped me work through some issues that were caused by other services, he even contacted me on his days off if there was an important message. Kieran amd Kettle together have been amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We came to Kettle and Co after shopping around the other companies and were really impressed with their Plymouth showroom and the Kitchens they designed.
Beth was our designer and she was always in contact and on hand for any queries we had. She would even text me on her day off which didn't go unnoticed or unappreciated.
Beth designed a kitchen for us which was in a home we were in the middle of purchasing which did have its challenges but the whole transaction went really smoothly, even if we did have to change the fitting/delivery date several times.
Beth really listened to what we wanted as we went for a unique coloured kitchen and we would highly recommend asking for her if you make an enquiry! Also a quick mention & thanks to Paul who assisted us with working around our budget.

I have had an excellent kitchen fitted by KettleCo. I hesitated whether to leave 4or 5 stars as I have one or two comments so couldn’t say it was quite perfect but very close.
Joe went to enormous lengths to accommodate all my requests such as putting the sink drainer on the other side.
Modern design is strongly geared towards hiding everything away in cupboards and behind doors or panels - all right if you want that but as I didn’t, I found I had to stick up firmly for my own requirements. In the end we took out two side fillets that the fitter had put in to ‘enclose’ the free-standing freezer. And I also slightly regret the cutlery drawer concealed inside one of the larger drawers. It looks neat, yes, but every time I want a piece of cutlery I have to open two drawers, not one. I should have thought that one through!
On the whole, though, the quality and fit are excellent. The whole thing is very strong and solid and looks beautiful.

I initially started planning my kitchen in January 2020, however when lockdown hit my plans had to be put on hold.
I shopped around extensively and to be honest found the amount of choices bewildering. Kettle were an absolute pleasure to deal with and Simon was knowledgeable, straight talking and refreshingly “non-salesy “.He helped me choose a kitchen that was right for me at a competitive price. Nothing seemed too much trouble and it was designed to fit exactly around my requirements.
I did make amendments along the way, but every change was met without any issues. I am absolutely thrilled with my stunning new kitchen! It was definitely worth waiting for and has exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

We had our kitchen designed and installed by Kettle Kitchens and had a few snags, which in our experience is about par-for-the-course with every kitchen we've had installed over the years. Paul was extremely helpful and accommodating and nothing seemed too much trouble for him and we are extremely happy and satisfied with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Kettle to anyone.

After getting quotes and designs from 2 other large companies I decided to go with Kettle Kitchens, they were not the cheapest but they were also not the dearest.
The designer Simon, came to view and measure our kitchen and he put suggestions forward as to how to make the most of the room.
There were no filler spaces as each unit was built to fit perfectly, therefore making the most of every space available.
Simon 'knows his stuff' and was easy to communicate with.
I paid a deposit and then the Pandemic hit. Thankfully I was in no hurry to get the kitchen fitted and communication was kept throughout this period of waiting.
I then decided on a couple of last minute tweaks that were easily accommodated.
Having no idea who to use for a kitchen fitter, one was suggested by Simon.
Brian was brilliant, a good clean worker who I would confidently recommend to anyone.
As everything came pre-built, the actual fitting time and disruption in our house was kept to a minimum.
I have and will continue to recommend Kettle Kitchens as I can't fault them for service or value.

We never thought we could afford Kettle kitchens as the product was far better quality than some of the major retailers of kitchens
It surprised us that they were competitive but in my mind superior.
After the design with Simon and a number of amendments of our making we decided to go with Kettles recommendation on kitchen fitter team
Well I can honestly say Andy the electrician,Dan the builder, and Mark the fitter were first class.
Best team I have witnessed and worked early to late to get the job done
I also have to give a shout out to HBH Woolacotts and the team in the Plymouth showroom who kettle co exist with them.
The appliances were competitive and worked alongside everyone to deliver on time at a competitive price and registered all my warranties which can be a headache
We opted for a quartz worktop and they did a fantastic job which kettle arranged from a Cornish company.
I am also pleased that all money spent has been kept in the south west and it pays to go independent businesses.
The kitchen has been finished to a high spec and I if you need a kitchen go take a no obligation look.
Just remember if you have to wait this is a good thing as they are really busy which for me means you can’t go wrong.

Kettle came out best of all! we tried all the local, big kitchen companies and none of them gave me the solution i needed like Hannah at Kettle did. She was amazing; very attentive, always responded to me, went out of her way to get me answers i needed and she was well supported by her manager. The whole team work well together and are friendly and welcoming.
The showroom is always neat and tidy and it is easy to borrow samples to help you make a decision. The kitchen cupboards feel very solid and well made. when choosing a kitchen you start with either express carcuses or the more expensive signature ones. we chose express because we didn’t see the need for tops to the cupboards as we were having quartz worktops (which are amazing by the way!) then we had to pick the look of which doors we liked. this was initially hard to decide using the show kitchens until i understood how the components of the kitchens can be changed. the fittings inside the cupboards are of excellent quality and usefulness.
Brian our fitter was faultless too. he is highly skilled and the kitchen has been fitted to a high spec. would highly recommend the whole experience

Initially, the purchase of our first kitchen was really overwhelming. I got several quotes from the larger companies and settled on Kettle as the design and the proof were superior.

After discussing this with Simon who promptly paid a home visit, the design was finalized and the deposit was paid.
The major reason I went with an "independent" company was that I have never had a new kitchen installed and was told they could guide me along the way.
At several points, I felt I was totally left in the dark from Kettle.
I was left to arrange everything myself without any guidance despite phoning the office several times. I was not warned about the time scale of plasterers whilst working in tandem with Kettles fitters (who were absolutely fantastic).
When the kitchen arrived, everything was then a massive rush to complete.
We were delivered the wrong sink and given incorrect measurements which the fitter kindly spotted.
Honestly, without the professionalism and perfectionism of the kitchen fitter Mark, we would be at a loss from Kettle at this point.

More work needs to go into customer service, the kitchen is beautiful and we are very happy with this but the stress and lack of communication during the process doesn't reflect the price we have paid.

Waste of time!
We visited the Kettle Co showroom in St Austell on May 20th and were suitably impressed with the displays so booked a home visit for a designer to measure our kitchen and discuss options etc. The visit took place on June 8th and we revisited the showroom on June 11th for a 3D presentation of what our future kitchen would look like. The design was excellent, the presentation was excellent but nine weeks later we are still waiting for a price confirmation! I phoned our designer on July 8th snd was assured the quote would be e-mailed to me ‘before the end of the day’ BUT, guess what… five weeks later we are still waiting!
Dealing with Kettle Co has been a complete waste of our time!

We have been really impressed with the service provided by Simon and Kettle Kitchens. They were flexible when we had to delay our order due to building works and were always very responsive to our needs. The product was of a high quality and we would happily recommend them to others.

Superb support from Simon and Shayne at KettleCo, which continued with the fit by Alex. The kitchen looks amazing and wouldn’t be out of place in a National Trust property. It’s a quality product and looks it from the moment you set eyes on it. But its beauty isn’t just skin deep - it’s well planned and works as it’s supposed to. From planning to product selection to fitting and finally site clearance, we give them five stars all the way.
