This is my third Mercedes lease and my first with Kew. My other two leases were good, but my experience with Kew has been simply outstanding. From initial enquiry to final delivery the attention to detail, assistance and advice has been spot on. A great end to end experience offered by Charles at Kew. It was my first time buying through an online agent but as their quote came in at the most competitive price on lease I went with them. Charlie was also able to get me a free metallic paint upgrade on my E class coupe which was definitely appreciated!! First time leasing as opposed to PCP and HP. Kew offered the cheapest quote against a stock Mercedes E Class although they're based in Richmond and I'm in North West. Concerns over lack of company reviews of Kew meant it was a bit of a leap of faith but only the broker's fee (approx £200) was paid up front and questions over process, distance, delivery, car specifications etc handled promptly over phone and email. Unlike some other leasing brokers, they quoted their fee up front rather than burying it in monthly payments.
Car delivered on my requested date direct from local Mercedes garage, 8 miles on clock, new in every way.
From my experience, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Kew
