I had mixed feelings about Kew Vehicle Leasing. The process was smooth, and staff like Charlie were helpful and professional. However, there were issues with agreements and customer service that required external mediation. Although things ended satisfactorily, no apology was provided. It’s decent overall, but not without its flaws.

What seemed like a good quotation and lease experience ended up with blatant disregard for agreements or customer service. I ended up having to approach the ombudsman service to mediate, who ruled in my favour. No apology ever issued from the business or the holding company.

This is the first time i have used Kew Leasing. What a choice I made. No one could match their price for my new car. The customer care and professionalism provided by Charlie Maltman was exceptional. I would highly recommend Charlie and Kew Leasing, you will not be disappointed.

Second time I have used Kew Leasing for personal contract hire vehicle. Everything has been smooth and a very quick turnaround. Charlie has been very helpful throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

Unfortunately because of lockdown the car delivery was delayed but Tim was great in eventually arranging this for me.
