Excellent service

We were told, following my phone call, that someone would be with me in 30 minutes. I received a phone call from the technician 10 minutes later advising me he’d be approximately 20 minutes. He arrived on time and within minutes had the door open. A professional and pleasant technician, very good service.

Great service, arrived very quickly, lock changed in record time. Very friendly representative, polite, good at his job. Would definitely recommend this company.

Rang at 9:15 was told would be 30…

Rang at 9:15 was told would be 30 minutes, nobody arrived so I rang them to find out where they were, and was told that they couldn’t get hold of the person that was supposed to be coming, told me would ring me back rang me back still couldn’t get hold of them, he asked me did I want to cancel this was about 20 past 11 , I said are they coming or not he said can’t get hold of him, so I assumed he cancelled it then at quarter to 12 got a txt asking for the postcode and address and said sorry for delay and they arrived after 12, didn’t offer a reduction in price would not recommend
