When we requested an involved it took 5 phone call to get it done . Plus staff on the phone were very rude even claimed they we not that company . At the end of the call there was no goodbye or thank you they simply just hung up . The man who fixed the lock was plesant. Maybe teach phone staff to be the same ...many thanks

Well I would give 5 stars for this service, because truthfully the locksmith was easy to arrange, and was on time,so I could not fault the service,easy to arrange, especially in a case of emergency, 100% cool, the only tiny thing is that the gentleman who attended my property, was clearly so busy that unfortunately he did not tidy up after the job was done so I had the task of picking up various sharp pieces of the old lock,which was a bit annoying, very fast worker,did check the locks and keys worked before he left, please be aware that the vat and prices for the labour and locks,are high,OK less than 200 to change a lock ,maybe more for if you lock yourself out, but this is an emergency service, so fair enough.

Ilie was on time and very helpful, i bought a smart lock for the first time and he even talked me through how to set up and use it. Very highly recommended!

Came very promptly in the evening, within 30 minutes. Very helpful. He had to remove the lock, order a new safer lock and will return to install it next week. Excellent service. I paid in cash. Highly recommend this company.
