I ordered a T-shirt for my granddaughter who is nearly 5.i ordered a 5-6 but when it arrived it only just fitted, I contacted them and they sent the next size super quick excellent Custer service. Very happy customer will purchase from them again and one very very happy granddaughter thank you

Royal mail lost the delivery, however Kidvicious sorted this straight away for me and I received my Ozzy Osbourne top which i love

I ordered three t-shirts as gifts and I'm so happy with them! The fit and quality is exactly as I'd expect! I had an issue with my order getting lost with Royal Mail but emailed and received the BEST customer service, Kev posted out replacements and dealt with it in a professional and personable manner. Can't recommend this store enough!

Original order was pending on PayPal and didn't initially seem to go through. After sending and email to query, Kev was more than helpful and resolved my query. Item arrived in plenty of time for a birthday present and very happy with the t shirt.

My original order went missing in the post courtesy of Royal Mail, so I got in touch.
Kev emailed and sorted a replacement immediately which arrived next day as promised.
Great customer service! Nice t-shirt too!

After the first t-shirt went missing, Kevin, whom I was in contact with all the time, sent another one before he could even know what happened to the original.
We received the 2nd one with ease and it turns out the first was stuck in Customs and returned to him after a number of weeks.
It was Kevin's haste to resolve the issue immediately that was amazing, you can order from this team and be happy you will be getting great service!

Top rating for both the product and the customer service. The t-shirt is great and my boy will be delighted with it. Unfortunately, there was a delivery issue which meant my item didn't arrive initially, but Kidvicious responded to my email very quickly and resolved the issue. Top work.

I'm over the moon with my experience with this company. I ordered 2 t shirts for my sons birthday a day before his birthday and they arrived on time.. I emailed the company and they replied very quickly and Kev replied straight back with very helpful advice and we did indeed receive our t shirts the next day right on time. I would 100% recommend this company and I will be buying from here again.. t shirts brilliant quality and the customer service was like no other I can't thank kid vicious or Kev enough!!

Where to start. Absolutely amazing customer service. After I realised the T-shirts were taking longer than the last one I ordered, I popped over a email an the issue was sorted. Somehow my order has got lost in the Royal Mail system.
Kev was very helpful and couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately my original order wasn’t available but I’ve have been sent replacements of my choice with a little extra :)
Oh and the item I bought before was amazing quality!

Our order got lost in the mail, but replacements were sent out straight away after letting them know. Can't help things getting lost in the mail sometimes, but the customer service was some of the best I've seen and our kids love the t-shirts. Thanks again.

I ordered a babygrow which after 2 weeks hadn't arrived. I contacted them to let them know and they arranged for another item to be sent out and it arrived the next day. Excellence customer service to sort out the situation.

Ordered 2 T-shirts for my daughter. Original order didn't arrive so contacted via website and the service was top class. Prompt replies and very helpful. 2 replacements were sent and arrived the following day. Thank you very much will use again.

Ordered an Iron Maiden t-shirt, but after nearly 2 weeks, nothing. E-mailed the team who got back in touch very quickly. They explained the issue and offered me an alternative item. However this didn't go to plan either. Due to the delays, they refunded my purchase but said they were still going to send tge item. It arrived today. Stuff can't always go right, but it's how you deal with it when it goes wrong. Great service, 5 stars. Kev was awesome
