Would not recommend
Would not recommend. Ordered some Tshirts for my Son's birthday with plenty of time to spare. I received no confirmation email or dispatch email and 2 weeks later I had still not received my items. I contacted the seller and he got back to me and said he didn't know what had gone wrong but would look into it. Still never received my order so I cancelled my money going out through PayPal. Awfully run business.

Do not order from these people I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing 2 T-shirt’s for my son. I ordered them and 4 days later contacted them to inquire how long it would take (I thought it was suspicious as they took money but gave no indication how it would be sent by Royal Mail or any other courier) I was met by a polite and swift response saying it would be ‘looked into’ anyway 2 weeks later still out of pocket and chased them several times (number doesn’t exist on website) was told they had been sent out twice but clearly just being lied to. I eventually went to my bank and trading standards and emailed them to confirm I would be doing this…the money was luckily returned to me 3 days later by my bank. Do not trust what they tell you I don’t know if they are scammers or just really crap at running a business but you won’t get your products. Hugely disappointed ☹️

Ordered a t-shirt for my youngest son…
Ordered a t-shirt for my youngest son and after a week I noticed that I hadn't got a dispatch email or any correspondence. I decided i'd leave it another week because it was free shipping sometimes It can be delayed.
So after 2 weeks I emailed the company and was spoken to by a gentleman who came across as a nice guy (don't they all?) Who said that he was sorry that they were waiting on stock to come in and that he would send it out as soon as they arrived. He even asked for my phone number and called me which I found a bit strange.
After 3 weeks of the original delivery date I just emailed him and asked for a refund at which point he said he would refund me and send me the t-shirt free of cost because I had to wait longer than usual. I told him that as long as I get my refund then what he does after that is up to him.
They seem to be willingly taking people's money for stuff that they don't have to hand and expecting their customers to wait until they get stock in. I find that type of business practice to be a bit unprofessional.
At the end of the day though I got my refund and am glad that I paid with a credit card.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Brilliant customer service, unfortunately the first parcel had gone missing (Royal mail) but Kev's response was great. 2nd item arrived without problems, and the company kept in constant contact throughout

After an issue with the order (issue was with Royal Mail rather than the store), the customer service on offer was amazing, responsive and helpful, and the issue was sorted out with no fuss. The clothes were also awesome.

Fantastic Service
Had an issue with delivery because of a problem with Royal Mail. In less than 10 minutes after emailing I got a personal phone call from Kid Vicious and they dispatched a new item out for me and double checked everything over the phone.

Great customer service
Got two t-shirts for our baby girl, the fabric and print looked amazing but unfortunately the prints peeled off after first wash. I contacted with Kev and he promptly responded and compensated the error, the replacement items are on the way. Even though the products or delivery might be problematique time to time, they have great customer service and they take responsibility on their end. Strongly recommend.

My order got held up in the post and I was about to leave for London from Cornwall for Christmas. I contacted kidvicious to complain and Kev couldn't have been more helpful. He was genuinely concerned about the situation and sent me the proof of postage and even went so far as to call me to try and sort out some kind of solution. Happily, they arrived just before I left. Great products, great customer service. Thoroughly recommend.
