Wow!! Fantastic customer service from Kidvicious. Will definitely be using them again! Responses to emails were almost instantaneous and after the failure of the order to materialise due to circumstances beyond the control of Kidvicious, my order was resent and arrived less than 24 hours later. Can't praise this company highly enough!

After ordering t shirts from kidvicious, there was a postal strike meaning the t shirts didnt turn up, the staff from kidvicious went above and beyond to ensure the t shirts arrived in time for an event the children were involved in. Superb communication and customer service skills. Definitely recommend to all our friends and will certainly use again!!! Thank you so much for your effort on our behalf.

Three separate items didn’t turn up
I bought a baby grow for my nephew thinking that 2 weeks would be plenty of delivery time. 3 weeks later it didn’t arrive so I contacted the company. They apologised and told me they would send another out. 3 weeks later nothing had arrived. I contacted them again and they told me that they didn’t know why they weren’t arriving to me but would refund the money- they did.
My mum then ordered something from them. It’s been 3 weeks and that hasn’t arrived either. Not good at all. I get the impression they’re sold out but don’t state that on the website and let people buy the stock regardless.

Really glad I found them. I bought a Guns and Roses onesie for my new granddaughter whose mum is a huge Guns and Roses fan. She absolutely loved it. Really recommend them if you want something different for a present
The information is as bad as the product
I was really pleased to find a Metallica t-shirt in a kids' size that didn't have to be ordered from the USA, but unfortunately it was all downhill from there with kidvicious.
When the delivery info says "first class" I think it's reasonable to assume this means the item should arrive within 3-5 days. A week went by with nothing, so I double checked the website and noticed a small bit of text near the bottom of the product page saying: "Please Note: This Metallica Kids T-Shirt is part of our Rock Kids range and is due in late-June ; )". There was no mention of this on the basket or checkout pages and I wouldn't have placed the order if I'd known it would take weeks to arrive. There's a reason other websites show a big "Out Of Stock" message next to the "Add to basket" button!
The t-shirt finally arrived, 2 weeks after the birthday it was intended for, and I discovered the worst part: underneath the Metallica logo there's some quite big text that says "©2018 Metallica Under License To Probity". This text was NOT pictured on the website and totally spoils the look of the shirt (and besides, is this legalese really necessary on the front of a toddler's t-shirt? Why not put it on the label inside?!) Once again, I would not have ordered the item had I been given this information up front.
Overall it seems kidvicious has been a bit sneaky and not very forthcoming here, and I'm really unimpressed. One of these things on its own would be forgivable, but both together gives the impression of a company that doesn't care about its customers or products and just wants to make a quick £15.99. I hope the demand for band t-shirts for kids is high, because I certainly won't be using kidvicious again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but following some of the negative ones that I have seen; I thought I would. After no communication for nearly a week I must admit that I was getting a little nervous so I made a call to Kidvicious and they told me that my Sons item would be here the next day. The item arrived the next day and is excellent quality. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Really really impressed with the customer service from Kidvicious on my first order from them. I had asked if a t-shirt could be received in time for a deadline where I had left ordering it for a particular day late and once Kidvicious got in touch they were very apologetic that they couldn't make the date due to the item not being in stock and offered a refund. I confirmed I still wanted the item and Kidvicious kept me informed on the status as there was a problem getting the item from the supplier, I was then given a free extra t-shirt to compensate for the delay - which I don't see that Kidvicious could have done more about. All in all fantastic customer service and I don't feel I've been as well looked after by a company for some time!!! Thanks Kidvicious! I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I helped my mum order a special T-shirt for her nephew. Had a bit of an issue with Royal Mail. Emailed customer service at Kidvicious and Kev responded within 30 minutes. He even called me to make sure it was all sorted. I can’t say enough for not only the quality of the T-shirts but for the wonderful customer service this company provides. Ordered a bunch of shirts for my son…
Ordered a bunch of shirts for my son and it did take a while for them to arrive, but when I contacted Kev at customer service he was very helpful and quick about solving the problem. The order was stuck somewhere at the postal office, so he went ahead and sent out new shirts which arrived quickly to Sweden. Some of the shirts didn’t fit properly so I sent them back and received new once shortly thereafter. The look and quality of the shirts are amazing! They are super soft and have a great authentic, vintage look to them.
