Never Again

Ordered three items. Only two arrived after 1 1/2 month. Asked to get a refund for the missing item, I am still waiting. Unprofessional!!!!!

Never supplied goods, stopped answering emails

I placed an order for two t-shirts and paid for them straight away, about 1 week later I contacted them asking where it was, eventually they told me they didn't have the size I ordered in stock and it would be sent soon.

about 2 weeks later I contacted them asking what was going on, and they blatantly ignored me. After several more attempts to contact them I had to go to my bank and raise a dispute against them to get my money back.
I don't know how they are still in business, and for other people's sake I don't hope they last much longer.

Not received order and not replying to emails

I wanted t shirt for my son for Halloween, they replied to emails before sale but now are not replying, I can't get through on phone line it just goes to voicemail, tried facebook, twitter the lot. I just want an update! Now I just want a refund. If they are having trouble getting the item I just want an honest reply. I now have to deal with a disappointed child. If they do not get in touch today I will contact trading standards and have them call as am really disappointed as they seemed a good company with some really positive reviews and great products. Not happy so get in touch Kidvicious and put it right!

Never received my order

On the 8th of July 2015 I placed my order - a baby play-suit and a bib that did not arrive.
Contacted them on 21st July and got a reply back saying they'll look into it. Nothing happened.
Contacted again on August 3rd and they said it was mistake, very sorry, we ship it today. Nothing arrived.
On the 14th August I asked for a refund, they said yes, but nothing was transferred. Currently they are not replying to my messages.
I lost my money, and feel cheated. It was awful.
