I had Shaun drop off and vehicql to me who was very friendly and polite. He went over all the car details and took what documentation he needed from me. Molly from the Transport Team dealt with the arrangements for my hire vehicle following an insurance claim quickly and was able arrange a like for like replacement for my damaged Tesla.

Very quick and easy, nice car too!

Having an accident is never nice, but Molly supported me through the whole thing, she organised the hire car for me and even when i had another accident in the hire car she shop me through getting a second one, she called me regularly with updates and followed up with emails when i asked. The service i received from her through Kindertons’s was actually amazing. I would thoroughly recommend their services 100%

The communication and understanding of this company was amazing the couldn't do enough for me and explained every step to me .

My Claim was handled very effectively by Karen Baumber on behalf of Kindertons. The repair to my vehicle looks to be first class on initial inspection. The communication from Karen has been excellent throughout the process. My only slight complaint was the length of time it has taken to get the car back to me, considering the damage encountered, but I know that was out of Karen's hands

Thashanthy was very patient and explained everything incredibly well for me.

I struggle with mental health issues and the whole process was quite worrying and stressful given it was a lot to take in and this particular incident happened a while ago yet the other party has not managed to resolve it yet.

She understood my worries and made me feel comfortable and completely at ease and despite asking her a lot of questions it never felt like I was being a bother or inconveniencing her.

I'd hope im never in a situation where I need accident management team again but should I ever need help after an accident I would happily use kindertons again they have been very helpful the entire time and Thashanthy in particular is a credit to the team and a fantastic help.

Yes this company did do well, They kept me fully informed all of the way through of the progrees of my claim. They got me a perfect hire car as I need an estate and that's what they got me. Also Shane who delivered the Hire Car was fabulous. They informed me a what time they would be at my place of work. and they were bang on time. Thanks Shane

This was my 1st time using Kindertons after having a bump in my vehicle. From the get go, they were absolutely brilliant. Couldn't fault them!
I have hired vehicles from a number of places in the past, and there has always been "something " thats not gone well, or had a bad experience with a member of staff, ect. But Kindertons staff from the office ladies, to the drivers were 100% excellent and so very helpful.
