My daughter just came yesterday from a residential trip, she can't stop vomiting since yesterday!!
The room was dirty with no ventilation she was hiding the stuck gums on the wall with her pillow, the toilet and shower was very dirty full of dead bugs, the food was terrible and very limited.
She came with a terrible experience.!

Should be investigated!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food is okay, the food is substantial. It’s just a little repetitive!

We took over 100 students from Barnsley College and had a great experience at Kingswood. Would highly recommend for schools or colleges.

We have just returned from Overstrand hall , with u14 girls rugby team.Great staff , great food , great activities.We had the place to ourselves which was brilliant for the girls.
Bedrooms and bathrooms do need updating , v thin mattresses and v hot rooms.

Fantastic experience for French primary school students who were happy to discover England, English food, team work activities with friendly and dynamic instructors. Most of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms which is really appreciable with young children.

Booking was easy and staff were helpful from the moment we contacted them regarding booking a week with our students. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and supportive and the site was lovely. We stayed in the dorms with our students which were clean and looked after. Kettle and tea/coffee were available in rooms for staff which was nice and there is a separate room for staff which has a large TV, sofas, microwave, sink, fridge and kettle. There is also a drying room to hang wet clothes if you get caught outside in bad weather. We stayed for 5 days with our students and the days were full of activities. Students were kept super busy, so no time for boredom which was great. Sam, our group leader was with us all week and made sure that he got to know students and staff well. He was a hit with students and staff and adapted tasks to make sure everyone was involved. The feedback from students was fantastic. The activities range from climbing, abseiling, zip wires, problem solving, camp fires.. it was never ending fun! All of the activities encourage students to use their personal and employability skills which was a big hit for us! We could not have asked for anything better! Staff based in reception were keen to catch up with staff periodically throughout the week to make sure everything was going well which was a nice added touch. The only down side was the food, which we mentioned on our feedback to staff before we left. Breakfast has a good range of food, but the other meals mostly contained chips. We had people in the party who were vegetarian and Gluten Free, and also vegan, their food was not very appetising at all. But the food was the only negative for the stay. Thanks so much Dearne Valley staff! We will definitely be returning!

What an amazing experience. The team at Kingswood are brilliant and superb at engaging with young children and giving them the best time. Awesome time at Kingswood Staffordshire.

The staff were brilliant! From the customer service coordinator, to our course director, to the cleaning and facilities staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. The A-level programme was great and has set them up well for their NEAs.

Excellent activities and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food was great and the children had an amazing week. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were great and engaged with the group. We did five activities which were engaging for the children and it was challenging due to the freezing weather but the staff didn't show any hardship being outside.great!

Trip cancelled at the last minute with no warning or notice which left the group with no chance to organise an alternative provision,

After a previous appalling experience with another group despite the whitewash during the site visit for the latest trip we should have gone with our gut feeling and never booked with this company.

We will not make the same mistake again - do not book with this company

We have with the help of the Kingswood team, arranged another excellent residential programme for children and young adults with complex motor disorders. The Kingswood team helped adapt the facilities to meet our needs and provided excellent support to help our attendees access all the activities. Green Park does gave the capability to support disabilities

Kingswood has friendly and fun staff who know how to bring out the best in young people. There are a range of activities to suit all different people and they know how to make them fun. It is good value for money.

My nephews visit every year and they love it - great company tp work with
