Great experience from the first contact until the kitchen was installed.

Patricia, in the Cork office was a delight to work with and Martin, the fitter. and his colleague were absolutely brilliant with the installation:

I was looking for a kitchen company that would give me a good & workable design for my new kitchen. For me the kitchen is the most important room in the home! From the day I walked into the Waterford store and met John Grace I felt I could put my trust in him to
design my new kitchen. He is excellent at his job and great with the customers, extremely polite and patient. I was not exactly sure what I wanted but John spent a lot of time talking through options and designing a space that I would like. I had many emails and phone calls from him checking that I was happy with everything before the final sign off for my kitchen. Nothing was any trouble to him. The delivery of my kitchen went smoothly and the gentleman who delivered my kitchen was polite and lovely to deal with. Unfortunately, the first fitter did not do a good job and I was extremely disappointed when he had finished. There were a lot of issues with doors, cooker hood being pushed into place, glass unit scratched. It was a complete rush job which should have taken approximately 2 days. He arrived at 11.45am and left at 6.30pm on the same day and said my kitchen was done. He said he had told the company he would not be driving from Wexford on a second day. Very unprofessional!
As soon as I emailed John Grace he listened to me and assured me that my kitchen would be sorted and it finally is. I did not like the fact that the company takes all the money up front 10 days before fitting takes place. In fairness my issues got resolved quickly due to John being very good to keep on top of things. If he had not been so helpful & efficient it may have taken a lot longer to get my kitchen sorted. I also felt the waiting time for replacement doors, glass etc., was very long and has now delayed my moving in date. I also feel the mechanisms for units and door
hinges and kickboard attachments are very poor quality.
I finally got a fantastic fitter to come back and fix all the issues. From the first moment he walked into my home I knew I could put my faith in him and his workmanship. Such a great asset to Kitchen World. His name is Tomas. He assured me it would get sorted and he was true to his word. Such a nice man to deal with! I would give a 5 out of 5 for the great staff who helped me to get a kitchen I now love and look forward to cooking & socialising with family & friends in. I also want to thank Gary in Waterford Kitchen World for the times he dealt with me on the phone. Another great staff member! Thanks guys for everything...

We’ve just had our brand-new kitchen fitted and honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the result! From day one of the design process, John at Kitchenworld, Waterford made everything so easy for us. He was such a pleasure to work with – always patient, reassuring, and so accommodating with any questions or changes we had along the way.

John really took the time to listen to what we wanted, understood our vision, and guided us through every single step until we had the kitchen of our dreams. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his advice and expertise gave us so much confidence throughout the process.

Thank you so much, John, for your help, patience, and support – we’re beyond delighted with how everything turned out. Every time we walk into our kitchen now, it makes us smile!

I have just had my kitchen installed from kitchen world this week and couldn't be happier. When I went to meet John in their showroom I wanted to move quickly with getting the kitchen sorted and we flew through coming up with a great design and John was great at coming up with suggestions that fitted the brief of what I was looking for. During install they adjusted to an unexpected issue along the way (an issue with the plumbing not with kitchen world) and managed to accommodate the unexpected change. After install I noticed one cupboard above head height bumped into the light fixture while opening which we didn't spot during design and John has offered to order and install a new door opening the other direction at noe xtra charge which was a really nice touch to still have their support after the install was completed.

We have been very disappointed with kitchen worlds service. Too many error for the cost.
We confirmed the installation date via email 3 times and made plans to ensure someone was home during the dates of installation. Then on the 1st day of installation the fitter told us he wouldn’t be there the next day as he didn’t work Saturday. After emailing Martin in kitchen world he responded to say he also didn’t know the fitter didn’t work Saturday. This error meant I had to rearrange the dates for the plumber and electrician and had to take a day off work to let them in. Kitchen world charged us over 12k which only covered the cost of the kitchen units and fitter. We were told we had to pay 100% before the kitchen was delivered and fitted. Then the fitting date was incorrect meaning we were an extra 3 days without a completed kitchen, which with a toddler is a big inconvenience. I was told the manager would reach out about this error but that was about 3 weeks and I’ve yet to hear anything. We also had a few damaged panels and a damaged drawer that is scratching our oven, which was also fitted wrong. We were told that they would order new parts and replace this but we have chased a a few time and not heard back. Currently still waiting final repairs and fitting.

I would highly recommend Kitchen World. Michelle in Long Mile Road had some fantastic suggestions for layout that I would never have though of! I particularly love the colour of the units and I get great compliments on them. The whole process was seamless. The people recommended by kitchen world for the electrics and plumbing were great and reliable. I was particularly pleased with a suggestion by Alan who fitted the kitchen for a little hidden cupboard above the fridge that would have been a dead space otherwise. Genius! All in all really happy with the service and the Kitchen!

I was very fussy about my kitchen and John Grace in the Waterford branch of Kitchen World went above and beyond to give me the kitchen I really wanted, with helpful suggestions and attention to detail. It was an excellent experience working with a knowledgable designer who genuinely cared that the customer was looked after and completely satisfied with the end result. 100% recommend!

We would just like to thank you all so much for our experience with Kitchenworld when selecting our kitchen for our house in Clontarf. From the moment we walked through the door on that Saturday morning, we were met by Niamh , who couldn’t have been more helpful to us. She was informative, pleasant and just a lovely, lovely girl. She kept us up to date on everything that was happening and followed it right through with us to the very end and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
Gary who measured up was a lovely man , the guys that delivered the kitchen were very nice to deal with. Then on fitting day , Jimmy arrived at 8am as agreed , he couldn’t have been nicer, he was neat, tidy and did a fantastic job.
So thank you all so much and we couldn’t recommend Kitchenworld highly enough to anyone we know that might be looking for one. Keep up the good work as you’re all a credit to your company.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Gary for a complete kitchen remodel, and we couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome!

The whole process was v simple and Hugh was extremely helpful in designing our kitchen. Now that it’s installed we are delighted with it. Would highly recommend these guys.

Having decided to purchase a new kitchen we visited many showrooms in the area. The moment we met John (Grace) in Kitchen World we knew we had the right place. He was great to deal with his design was excellent and he was so helpful and friendly throughout the process.

Lorna in Kitchen World Bray - designed the perfect kitchen with loads to storage, cannot say enough about how brilliant the kitchen design is, it went from pokey and drab with no work space to bright with masses of storage and lots of workspace and its a really small kitchen - she is a storage genius!
The fitter Tomas was also brilliant, so tidy and helpful, a real pleasure to have working in the house.

Absolutely brilliant experience dealing with Lianne for our new kitchen. She designed us a dream kitchen in a fairly small space and absolutely nothing was too much hassle for her. The team in the long mile were so responsive to any queries we had prior to installation and Alan who installed the kitchen was an absolute gentleman. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience and would recommend the team to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

I had a fantastic experience with Niamh and Kitchen world. From the first consultation to my now finished beautiful kitchen it was made as easy as a new kitchen can be.
All steps were explained to me and everyone I met was so helpful.

We went to Kitchen World Bray and dealt with Lorna who was a terrific help. With patience and clarity she took us through the process of selecting and fitting our new kitchen. The time frame was adhered to and the work was done to the highest standard. I would highly recommend Kitchen World to anyone considering work

We arrived in kitchen world Waterford and was met by John Grace who whilst he was busy made time for us straight away. This was a relief because after being in a few shops that day being told email your plans and what you want. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted until John gave us some great ideas and showed us doors, handles, good ideas etc. as we were talking we sat and he done up a rough plan on the computer so we could see the idea coming together and after another visit and a call out from him to our home we came up with a perfect design to suit us. He gave us contacts for our stone worktop and discussed appliances with us also. After the tiling was done the kitchen arrived and was fitted the next day. John made the whole process easy from start to finish, kept in touch with us all the time and was always only a call away. He put us at ease even after 100 different questions and the end result is fantastic. Thanks to John and his team in kitchen world for our beautiful kitchen.

Kitchen World Cork were very easy to deal with. Shirley was always on hand to answer any questions we had and made great suggestions. Nothing was ever too much of a problem. Brian the fitter was also great to deal with and did a wonderful job. We are delighted with our kitchen and couldn’t recommend Kitchen World enough!
