We dealt with John, Kitchen World, Waterford. Very pleasant and straight forward experience from start to finish. John was a great help with the design and organising fitting etc. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We had Shannen as our kitchen designer she was excellent designed our kitchen to our budget & we're really delighted with the outcome. Shannen was very professional stayed in contact & made the whole experience very easy. Would highly recommend them Gill Brady

I had the pleasure of dealing with John in Kitchenworld Waterford. He is one of the most friendliest, helpful people, and nothing is too much of an effort for him. From start to finish his enthusiasm & follow up at every stage made the process go smoothly.
A special mention to John’s colleague Gary as well, whom I dealt with a few times throughout the process. He was extremely helpful.

John Grace at KitchenWorld Waterford made choosing my kitchen a pleasure. He was easy to work with and very clear with details about possible choices. His enthusiasm and follow-through at each stage of the process made everything go smoothly and resulted in a kitchen I will enjoy using very much!

I had been looking for a new kitchen for over 6 months, going around every kitchen company in Ireland.
Then I found kichen world.
As soon as I walked in Michelle couldn't have been nicer she let me take my time walking around looking.
Then I seen the kichen i loved.
Next she drew up plans on what the kitchen would look like
Never in my dreams would I have thought of what Michelle drew up.
But omg it's in now and I just love it.
Michelle kept in contact with me throughout the whole process.
Nothing was a problem for her even when I was ringing her on her days off she took the time to talk .

We had a fantastic experience with Kitchen world in Waterford. John Grace worked with us to design our dream kitchen. The process was very straightforward and the end product is better than we ever could have imagined. John was one of the friendliest, most helpful people we have worked with during our house build and he was able to bring our vision to life. We had a fabulous experience working with Kitchen World Dungarvan. We worked initially with Paula who helped us remodel our entire living space fitting a stunning kitchen into it. Sarah Kennedy finished our design and delivered our kitchen to us. She was professional, very flexible and nothing was a problem. We love our new kitchen! Thank you KW Dungarvan!

doors and hinges out off alignment after short period

Went to kitchen world in Finglas on Saturday, 2 girls at counter never even acknowledged us, spent about 15 walking around ,nobody came near us , the 2 girls continued talking to each other the whole time , left v disappointed, obviously don't need the custom

It was absolutely helpful, interesting and great value. Combined with the prompt delivery of the selected kitchen, the tremendous help given as the old kitchen was taken out and the new one added in, it is a kitchen replacement service that I would very strongly recommend for anyone who is thinking about a new kitchen.

Had an amazing experience in the Kinsale Rd store all thanks to Patricia who works there. She was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and helped us design our dream kitchen. She was so patient and understanding when we wanted to change things and had such a positive input. She gave us so many ideas we would never have thought of. The quality of the kitchen is brilliant and we couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend Kitchen World to anyone who is looking for a new kitchen and ask for Patricia as you won’t get any better than her.

Can't recommend them highly enough. Hugh was brilliant, gave us lots of time and the kitchen is amazing! I had given a budget and it came under, so they are super value as well as high quality. We also ordered the Whirlpool appliances so it was a one-stop-shop and took a huge hassle away from us. So in love with it, and the quality is second to none. Special shout out to Chris who installed it in just one day - you're a workhorse and so good at what you do. We were promised a delivery date, and that was met so we really appreciated the speedy turnaround! Overall - your only spot for a new kitchen.

The quality of the material sucked me in but it was the planning and patience of Devin that turned a daunting project into an exciting space to be brought to life.
Communication was on going and worked started as planned even thought it was so near Christmas.🙏 thanks again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gary in Waterford. A kitchen is something you only need to buy once so I went in with zero experience, he was so kind and patient. We talked through every option, he tried to make all my ideas work in the space.
He called around the day before and the day of installation to make sure I was happy. He offered his time to talk to the electrician to make sure the connection points went exactly where they were supposed to. They really went above and beyond. The kitchen itself is everything I imagined, it looks great and feels sturdy. I changed my mind about the handle placement and they sent John out (John is GREAT) he had them moved in 10 minutes, with no request to too small, or treated as small. I don't think I'll ever have to buy a kitchen again so I'm really glad my one experience with it was the experience I had with Kitchen World. Great bunch of lads!

I worked with John in Kitchen World Waterford. I was under time pressure with my kitchen due to issues with the builder and a previous kitchen fitter. John was very helpful and listened to what I wanted in my kitchen. He also done as much as he could to make sure my kitchen was fitted for Christmas.
Unfortunately the final fixing of the kitchen for the fillers did not go well. The work was poor quality and ruined the overall finish of the kitchen. John was very professional to deal with when I contacted him about it.
A different kitchen fitter was arranged to redo the fillers and I am happy with the final finish. A couple of doors had to be replaced and there is a slight difference in the shade of these doors from being produced in a different batch but only I notice it.
Overall I would recommend Kitchen World and found John and William really good to deal with.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle at the long mile road branch. From the very start her knowledge and expertise helped us design our perfect kitchen. Her industry knowledge helped us add features to our kitchen that we didn’t even know were available, we are delighted with the finished product.

Also to add that the kitchen installer Alan was brilliant too, his carpentry work and attention to detail was very impressive.

I’d recommend anyone to use Kitchenworld for their new kitchen.

Patricia was dealing with us, she was very helpful, came up with ideas straight away when we had requests to change something in kitchen furniture. She is a real professional. We were always welcome in store, all my emails were replied shortly, all of my calls were answered. Everything was effective, accurate. This company is focusing on customer not just a money making machine. Love our kitchen furniture.

Delighted with my new kitcen which I got through Kitchen World, Finglas. Shannen there was extremely helpful thoughout the installation, fitting and even with queries I had post installation. Including a number of iterations of the design while decided. The surveyor and fitters were also very pleasant to deal with. A great experience all round.
