We are delighted with our new kitchen and the service we received from kitchenworld. Devin (Longmile Road) was creative in his solutions and suggestions, and patient as we made small adjustments. The result is that our kitchen is finally a space that our family love to spend time in.

Our kitchen, utility, wardrobes, and office were designed by John Grace in the Waterford office. We can't recommend him highly enough for all his professionalism, commitment, (patience to design so many rooms for us!) and friendliness. He even had all different options ready for our appointment which greatly speeded all the designs. John was fantastic to deal with and guided us throughout all the process from design, minor changes due to survey from electric fix and gabble ceilings, all the way to fitting. The end result exceeded our expectations, we're very happy with all our rooms. We appreciate also the job carried out by the fitter Graeme and Patricia in Signature Space for quartz countertops. They were all amazing to deal with, thank you.

Shirley from Kitchen World Cork was so professional, providing fantastic ideas etc. Our kitchen retrofit was complicated but in fairness she managed to include everything on the "wish list" . Her patience and efficiency in meeting all the timelines were impressive. Kevin the fitter was very thorough, Punctual and professional.
Overall Kitchen World Cork were a pleasure to deal with.

We dealt with Lianne from Kitchen world on the Long Mile Road. Lianne provided excellent service from start to finish, so helpful and knowledgeable with the kitchen design. Helped us manage our budget throughout the proces. Alan fitted our kitchen and was an absolute gent. We are delighted with our new kitchen, with how easy the process was and with the after sales service so far. To top it off we felt we got a lot of kitchen for our budget! We would highly recommend Lianne and Alan from Kitchen world.

I highly recommend John in Kitchenworld Waterford. I provided some details on the initial email and on the first meeting John had designs drawn up ready to view. He made the design process very straightforward and pleasant. From initial concept to final design I found John to be knowledgeable, patient and honest. He has helped make a dream kitchen a reality. As a side note I found the pricing process upfront and fair, there were no hidden costs or extras.
No change big or small was ever an issue and John’s knowledge was invaluable.
I found all the staff of Kitchenworld to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

We returned to Kitchenworld as previous happy customers and were provided with a five star service again by the team in the Longmile Road store. Michelle our kitchen designer met us multiple times to guide us through our design. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with, made excellent suggestions for improvement to our original concept and worked within our budget to arrive at a fantastic final product. The store manager Larry was also extremely helpful. Our fitter Glenn was very pleasant and his workmanship was high quality. We had one tiny scuff on one of our cabinet doors that was instantly spotted by Glenn and Larry and replaced at their suggestion without any fuss whatsoever. We aim to return for wardrobes in a few months!

I recently had my dream kitchen installed by Kitchen World Dungarvan. From the Design to the Installation everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend this company for it's great design and excellent customer service from start to finish.

Thanks to Michelle in longmile road we got the kitchen of our dreams from start to finish the we’re so professional and helpful, Tony was our fitter and went out of his way to help us if an unforeseen problem arose. I would highly recommend kitchen world

Kitchenworld are amazing in throwing promises, however not able to keep them.
The whole project from placing order for really simple kitchen took 13 months.
Head office staff keep ordering wrong units, we had fitters in our house 6 times trying to complete the project.
All staff here are completely unprofessional and my recommendation is to avoid this company at all cost.

We got outstanding service from John in Waterford, and a big shout out too to Gary who initiated our order. They had great design ideas. Nothing was any trouble. I really got a bespoke kitchen because they accommodated all my requests for the nooks and crannies. Our fitter, Chris, was great too. The kitchen arrived quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Highly recommended!

We designed our new kitchen with John at the Waterford branch this year, from start to finish the customer service experience was exceptional, each meeting was straightforward and we were able to select a kitchen which suited our home and budget with plenty of choice and options. Kitchen has been installed and we are delighted with the end result, any minor issues post fitting have been dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this team and John in particular to anyone thinking about a kitchen redesign or update.

I had an excellent experience with Kitchen World in Waterford. Gary did a fantastic job designing my kitchen, incorporating all the features I wanted and ensuring the layout was right. Richard handled the installation with remarkable precision, paying close attention to every detail, from levels to cuts. His meticulous work stands out. From ordering to install, things were very quick. I’m absolutely delighted with the finished kitchen.

Recently got a kitchen from kitchen world, we dealt with John Grace in their Waterford department. John was very helpful and professional throughout the process and design consultations. We're delighted with the new kitchen. A special mention to Johns colleague Gary as well who we dealt with a few times throughout the process, Gary was thoroughly professional and went above and beyond to help us.

It was fabulous dealing with John Grace from Kitchen World, Waterford. The man is an absolute legend and definitely knows his job, a true professional. We love our new kitchen so much. His advice really paid off in helping us maximize what space we had.

John at the Waterford was a great point of contact from start to finish. He really helped take charge of the project from start to finish. He was very responsive in his communication at all times, even with some delays beyond his control.

I had the pleasure of dealing with John in kitchenworld in Waterford. John was very helpful from start to finish of the process. The design process was made quite straight forward and John was able to give good suggestions, some of which I would not have thought of that worked out well. All items arrived and kitchen was all fitted all on the arranged days. I had a few minor issues with the kitchen post install, but John was very helpful in arranging for the fitter to call back out at a time that suited me to fix these things. The kitchen looks so well, I would definitely recommend Kitchen world Waterford.

I would highly recommend Kitchen World, Finglas in helping you get your perfect kitchen. I tried many kitchen companies to get ideas and advice before deciding, to be honest I was disappointment until I went to KW. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shannen. Shannen was full of advice, guidance and patience. No ask was too much for her. The kitchen fitter Jimmy is a lovely man. He is very experienced in what he does and was reassuring especially when we hit a couple of obstacles (all our own fault!). KW is very competitive in price without it effecting the quality.

We are very happy to write a review for Kitchenworld on Long Mile Road and the excellent customer service and patience we received from Devin! Our kitchen has turned out better than expected and we are so happy with it! Devin took all ideas we had on board and made very constructive suggestions. Kitchen arrived on due date and time as did the fitter Jimmy who did an excellent job. Signature Space who looked after our counter also arrived on due dates and gave advance notice of time of arrival. Some small issues were sorted out immediately without any fuss. Highly recommend!

A huge thank you to Lorna for her advice and support in choosing and installing my kitchen and a special thanks to Jamie our fitter who did an amazing job. They both made the process so easy and very efficient. I say this as I had checked out a few other kitchen suppliers and found the experience very challenging difficult to get anyone to speak to in the showrooms long waits on getting appointments to discuss options and cost and very poor follow up. With Kitchen World it was so much easier I’ll called into Bray was offered an appointment within days to suit me and booked and ordered my kitchen promptly. No delays or long wait for my order my calls and emails got immediate response so there was no stress at all. An excellent service thank you!!
