SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! I've used the service before, please believe the negative reviews, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! They delete negative reviews all the time, so most of the 5 star reviews are fake, you'll never know what or who you're paying for.

I’ve had some good readings on Kooma and some not so good. Wouldn’t say any of them were fake though. Wish they’d bring back Lydia though as she was amazing. Miss her 😢
I want to leave a note on here for Davina on Kooma. Yes I was over critical of Kooma. I had three reading with Kooma two of which were satisfactory enough. The other one was not good. I do agree with you that not all psychics are fake. There are very good psychics out there but there are fakes also. I had the experience. I did get on to Kooma and yes they did offer me excellent customer service. It was my own fault that I fell out with them. So Davina Iv take back somecof my sweeping statements and nasty comments about Kooma. There are very good psychics out there in the psychic world but there are a lot of fakes also. So I do apologise for being too harsh on Kooma. I was having a bad day.Noreen McKenna
My experience of Kooma is great. There is no doubt some negative readers on there but that’s not
Koomas fault ! It’s the way you connect with the readers and I have had a lot of readers on Kooma where a lot of predictions have happened ! DOLLIE on Kooma is my favourite and also Maurice -both have predicted correct.
Also Kooma have always refunded when needed. I think some expect tarot readers to be god ! Timings and energy changes therefore the reading will also.
Don’t go near them I picked a person she told me don’t bother with me I’d b useless with u so she said end the session I couldn’t as I didn’t know how to after 8 mins i realised how to end the session I said to her if ur a clairvoyant just tell me something she said no I can’t I’m no good to u a waste of time
This company does not care about its customers and is as greedy as they come. If you have any interruptions with a phone call or issues with their line and you dispute they will reject your claim. Basically say get over it your loss. There are company's out there that value loyalty and trust their valued customers and don't think they are out scheming. In all the years I have not even received a voucher. Or a Christmas email for all the money their customers has spent. Customer service has one answer no matter the query "No" spend your money elsewhere you will have better peace of mind! Customer appreciation goes along way. However, they no how vulnerable some clients are so they abuse this power because evidently they don't care! Most of the reviews have similar underlying issue which should tell you something!

Kooma are a very strange bunch. I tried to register for a reading and I had loads of issues with the phone numbers etc. The customer service is crap too. I was rudely spoken to by the person that answers the phone. She accused me of trying to get many £4.99 calls. Nasty people.

I was gifted with a 5 pounds reading with Kooma. They had taken the 5 pounds and I was not able to have the reading. A completely scam. Contacted customer services they said they had similar details to my information lol asked me to clarify they never replied. They are just crooks and deceiving. Don’t fall for these scam bags.
As I reply to your review I must say your false accusations went far enough. You said in your emails that multiple accounts been opened which is not true! You can not disclose the account due to data protection!
As you asked my personal details I have grounds to escalate to make sure my data is protected. This created me unnecessary stress as I feel victim of my character and honesty being questionable. Very disappointing. Definitely I m not interested in reopen the account the only regret I have was sharing personal information in good will! Either way I will make sure my data is protected !

I have been using Kooma for years.
I have always found their customer service to be very efficient and fair.
Recently I had a reading which was not up to the usual standard and I complained and within 24 hours had a credit on my account.
There are some excellent readers on this site.
Unfortunately you can't please all of the people all of the time.
Please note that the readings are for entertainment purposes only😉

Kooma is complete and utter rubbish it's a scam. I paid for their readings online requested a reading call back for paying online no available psychics called me back. I called in myself and asked a few questions the psychic told me nothing and looked like he was just nosey and wanted to know my business with out giving me guidence and psychic insight. And then I asked him if I was gonna move this year. He asked me where I was moving I told him. And then told him he is a psychic and to tell me when I would be moving. He told me no sorry your gonna have to speak to another psychic and hang up on me. I mean how rude this weird dude. Anyway I was referred to kooma through a online YouTube psychic reader too who is probably a phoney herself and getting money for supporting rubbish and misleading people and her followers. It or she was called gem goddesss and is a complete mean for referring people. I may not know or have insight into my future but I have other gifts. And I will curse them and their business and stop all forms and ways of them making money. People this is a lesson do not under no circumstances waste your money on these weirdos and fools they know nothing about your future. You've been warned.

I have been using kooma for years and have had some very good readers and a lot of my readings have been accurate.
I will say that you will not connect with everyone .
I will say a big thank you as I do enjoy my readings.

It is such a pathetic company. They will not be able to tell you anything and are only interested in looting your money. it makes me cringe that in one day, they make millions of pound from tricking vulnerable people into believing completely false stuff. Their refund scheme is a complete scam. You will not get anything back. They have no trust bond with their customers. They are going by the policy of duping everyone once at least, even if you don't come back again, they don't lose a lot because they have already earned 50-100£ from you in one day. I have learnt my lesson. Do not waste money here. I don't know who of all will be able to take benefit from this, but if you are reading this message, consider it an omen to avoid this site at all costs. Imagine, people who can indulge in unethical practices, what kinds of human being they are, what "genuine" welfare-thinking you should expect from them? Please, if you need guidance, go buy your own decks and practice your own healing, do not at any cost go to these scam websites. It is so much hassle and in the end you will stand exactly where you began.

I tried to have a reading, few different readers and none of them could tell me anything accurate. I tried with 13 different readers!!
I sent an email to customer service to advice me (not even asking for money back)
Customer service: they acuse me of fraud !!! And threaten me with taking me to the fraud department if I try to open another account with them.. Really?? I just wanted to have a reading!! Why would I open another account if this website is a SCAM??
I have many readings in my life and this people are not readers, but the customer service!!??

Guys, please do not get bluffed. Kooma readers are mostly fake and the website is very unethical. If you want to check, ask the readers specific questions such as where is this person or incident located? Which country that happened? And you will realize that they know nothing!! Absolutely nothing! just think rationally, if a reader is actually talking to angels or spirits with supernatural knowledge of everything, do you really think that these details will be beyond their comprehension? No, never. It's like saying that I spoke to God but he did not know the exact answer!! Total unethical!! When I asked a reader about which country do you me settling in in coming months, she says "to and fro". Wow, how specific!! I have been duped with my money and I am calling them/ emailing them to get my refund but they don't seem to be ethical enough to refund money on completely bogus readings as yet. I will keep trying since I am no way going to lose my money. Whatever it takes. But, please I am already in this mess. You don't fall for it in the first place. Please accept uncertainty and accept that none but Universe has all the answers and it is futile to get it from human beings.

Trading standards are really poor. Unethical. The reviews are fake. They only allow good reviews for some readers. They delete the bad reviews. Trading standards needs to investigate this business practice. This is a lie. The readers reviews are not correct. Kooma delete the negative reviews. Please report this business to trading standRds

Good company, I have had no issues with them. I've enjoyed my readings apart from the odd few with some readers I did not get a connection with but it happens, and did not use all my minutes so contacted customer service who were professional and polite and refunded my remaining money back to my account so I only had to do a small top up to get another reading. I have received valuable insight as to what you need to know. Have had many readings over the years and have always found the service brilliant. There are some readers I would recommend based on personal experience. Ellie, Love and Light, Sally, Moses, Enigma, I have tried out many nearly all other readers but these readers really tuned in an provided such accurate, insightful readings as well as their delivery which was warm and genuine. Thank you Kooma great honest readers!

This website really is awful. The customer service is beyond bad. I don’t know, but it goes horribly against the company itself.
After spending lots of money on their website passing through a rough time They suspended my account . I was in a bad place and I wanted to talk to someone. I got kicked out of the queue after queuing for more than 6 hours because they take calls preferentially. what did they do? Nothing They’ve suspended my account when I called the customers service to complain.Extremely unprofessional. Absolutely horrible and I am very happy now they’ve closed my account this is a joke of a company they are stealing people’s money, they are taking advantage of others vulnerabilities and they have no respect for anyone . Not coming back here. Horrible experience horrible service!!!

This is a completely unethical company which preys on vulnerable people who are seeking reassurance for painful situations their life, but they continually get away with it by claiming it’s “for entertainment purposes only” on their website. The false promises/predictions given become a lifeline for these vulnerable customers and when the predictions don’t unfold in the time frame given the customer phone’s up again looking for more reassurance, only to be told to wait another 6/8 weeks/months and then the cycle happens again. These customers truly believe that loved ones are going to come back/reunite when in the harsh cold reality they are just keeping the idea of this “connection” alive in their mind by having readers tell them it’s happening, when in fact it isn’t. They begin living in a reality and belief that isn’t true. I have read through quite a few reviews on the website and there is one particular customer who really breaks my heart called Diandra, who kept phoning up regarding the same situation for a matter of years. Every reading she had was regarding someone she had strong feelings for who was living abroad. Each review written over the space of 3 or more years said the same thing every time “thank you so much, I feel better. I know it’s been so long to wait but I’m so happy me friend from abroad is now returning, it’s happening very soon. I know I’ll get the call like you said”. She was always told this person was just about to return and that they would live happily ever after, only to be then told there was another “delay” when he didn’t come back, and the same thing would happen again and again. This went on for years. The amount of money she would’ve spent on this will be ridiculous but the most sad part about it all is the fact she’s spent all those years of her life having readers let her believe this false reality was actually true, and she kept phoning back for them to feed her desperate wish even more. She could have spent those years focusing on herself and moving on from this person which would’ve enabled her to have met someone new, but when you’re lonely and believe someone is the one, you will believe the tiniest drop of hope.
The worst part about it all is the fact it’s not regulated. The are no weekly/monthly spending caps so these vulnerable customers can accumulate huge debts. There was a post on mumsnet from a lady who spent £16,000 over 3 years on phoning Kooma. Again, she was in love with someone who wasn’t in her life anymore and she was constantly getting told he would return. She said £16,000 later not one thing she was told materialised and she never did hear from this man again. She had to remortgage her house to pay the debt off in the end. One hell of an expensive lesson!!
I don’t even blame the readers as I think that some of them truly believe in what they do, I just think it’s the company that runs Kooma (3D interactive) who are recklessly advertising something as “for entertainment purposes only” are knowingly cashing in on vulnerable people. If people are spending on the region of £1000’s on a service you know they are not just using it for entertainment. People become emotionally dependent on it as becomes their lifeline to a false reality, like alcohol does to an alcoholic. If you look on the 3D interactive website you can see that they have a lot of other phone in chat sites too, for all different needs, dating etc.
This really needs to become a regulated business as people are having their emotional and mental well-being jeopardised whilst spending obscene amounts of money only to waste years of their life waiting for something that doesn’t happen. It’s disgusting and I’m sickened that I became one of these vulnerable people!
