The Customer Service is completely abysmal. I purchased my Kraftgun on 14th February 2020 (One year and 3 months wait). After at least 100 emails from me to them I had (almost) given up. I simply sent a very robust email to their customer services every time I was reminded they had my money, sometimes a monthly email, sometimes after 3 months. Low and behold, I sent one of my usual, "Where's my offing money you thieves" last week. I received an email back saying they would send order (2 Guns) 'tomorrow' or wait for a refund, but with no indication of exactly when. I said I'd take the guns even though I'd requested a refund about 7 months ago. I received two Kraftgun Force today, and so far they are very impressive. Hold on in there folks, send email after email and you may finally get lucky. Like I did.

Big scam! Never got the Kraftgun after countless emails and waiting over 1 year. They keep promising something big will happen soon, a revolution will hit you soon..well, still no revolution and still no money back. Don't order from them, you will undergo the same fate!

It has been 11 months and I still haven't received the gun, nor a refund which I asked for 7 times!! Horrible fake company.

Purchased in October for a gift and never received. Constantly followed up and paid thru PayPal. Have been unable to get resolved thru either entity. Totally disappointed. Now April and still no refund or product.

Total SCAM! Never got the gun after numerous emails...even received videos of the warehouse supposedly pre shipping . ordered in April 2020, finally asked for a refund in January, even contacted PayPal asking for help in getting a refund...Nothing to this day! Can’t Believe some people have actually received a massage gun...thought it was an urban legend!

Stay away from this scam business, Kraftgun, no delivery of product.

I ordered the Kraft gun Jan. 2020 and still nothing. I have over 50 emails and promises and still nothing. I asked for a refund and and after 8 weeks still nothing. These are bad people running a scam for sure. Hopefully State and local authorities will step in and put a stop to them duping anyone else. Do not do business with this company.

These people are liars and scam artists. I received the product after two months of waiting and it was not up to standards. I sent it back. Tracking said it was delivered, the company said they’d received the gun back and would process the refund. It’s been two months of waiting and they just keep telling me I have to wait. Now I’m not sure I will be able to dispute the charge with my bank. It’s a total scam. But I’m going to do my best to contact every authority possible until I get my money back. 😔 it’s so sad that companies are able to get away with doing this to so many people.

I ordered mine in March 2020. I recieved the tracking number in January and the product arrived in March 2021.
I contemplated canceling my order many times but fell for the sunk cost/time fallacy.
I do not recommend ordering a massage gun from Kraftgun because of this. I could've bought a competitors product and used it for 11 months.
This is my first massage gun and the only one I've ever tried. It feels high end and sturdy. The percussion effect is much stronger than what I imagined. I'm using it on speed 1 of 4. It's silent and I havn't run out of the first charge yet. Overall I'm very happy with the product. The one thing I'm disappointed in is the charger came with a US plug. I happened to have a spare adapter around.

Customer service is atrocious. I never received product after multiple, multiple delays. I requested refund and they keep saying "two weeks" to process refund. It has been two weeks the last three times I asked... we're on week 7.

Disgusting and a complete scam. Bought and paid for Kraftgun on 8th June 2020 and as of 10th March 2021 absolutely zero delivery. Many promises and lies but absolute BS. How do these people get away with this, surely what they are doing is illegal ?

Took 10 months to receive my order.

Second time out of the box, one of the attachment heads broke and am awaiting a warranty replacement (might receive by 2022 if lucky).

Customer service is atrocious. Just a compounding series of ineptitude or straight up lying.

Worst buyer experience I've ever had.

STAY AWAY!! It’s been a year and a half since I ordered my gun. Every week I hear you’ll get a tracking number next week. Nothing yet.

This is 100% a complete scam. DO NOT purchase. They never deliver the item. I purchased in March of 2020 and a year later they claimed to have delivered the item but nothing shows up. They then asked for my id, SSN, and phone number in order to investigate. What a joke. There is no massage gun.

Placed my order in March 2020 to Ontario, Canada. As of Feb 16th, 2021 I still have not received. I asked for a refund and after 3 weeks it hasn’t happened. And from what I’m reading from others, I don’t expect it anytime soon. Total scam. Either send me the device or give me a refund!!!

I ordered Kraftgun Force on the 6th April 2020 along with the universal travel charger & charging dock total of US500 still have not received items have sent multiple emails and requests told in January this year that they cancelled my order due to me requesting them to refund and that they have requested a refund. Sent email week later saying I still had not received refund when they advised it has being processed and to check with my bank as may come up as credit not refund... spoke to my bank still nothing now I’ve sent several emails every 3 weeks as it has gone to the accounts department and will take 14 days to receive the refund! This has happened 3 times and still no refund and yet again I get a reply yesterday stating the accounts department will take 14 days to refund the money! Seriously they were happy to take the money straight away and now when they can’t deliver their promises still say it will take 14 days to refund! What a joke I would not recommend anyone this product or company as too many promises and loads of lies! If I could give a negative score instead of 1 star I would!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - TWO Sales reps lied to me over chat and said it was free returns within 60 days if I didn't want to keep it as long as it was being sent back from within the US. Turns out they are totally cool lying to customer prospects just to get them to be comfortable purchasing because in the end they refused to send me a return label. They also take in INSANE amount of time to reply to what should be a routine request. I had to threaten to dispute the charge and report them to the BBB to get a response at all. Misleading, misrepresenting, downright unethical. On top of it, the product is NOT worth over $300. The lowest speed is like a hammer pounding on you. Save yourself the money and just get one of the 87 thousand options on Amazon that are in the $100-200 cost range. The one I have now was on sale for $95, it works better and is quieter. Kraftgun is all hype.

I bought two guns for Christmas last year didn’t get them until 9 months after one of them does not work I have sent several emails and I get nothing but a run around it’s a piece of crap don’t waste your money in the company will never get back with you no way to contact them strictly email no phone number no nothing piece of crap

As of today. Still do not have it and getting crap replies from Kraftgun.
They shipped it to the wrong address - even though they had the correct address in the ‘your item has shipped’ email. Last email states it could take 45 MORE days while they ‘contact the delivery company’.
F’in idiot s. It was your mistake - all in plain view in YOUR emails. But instead of issuing a refund - or sending me the damn thing, ‘Wait another month and a half so that we can claim some idiot waited over a year just to get their hands on it!’ in your next crap marketing.

I have the same experience as everyone else here. I ordered my craft gun after a friend of mine received hers, actually two of them! Great product but like everyone else I have not received my product I ordered in March 2020, I complained about the time and they offered me a 15% refund about six months ago with the promise of shipping in five days!

SIX REQUEST FOR REFUNDS and I have not had any responses since then from craft gun though I’ve received the email that says they received my email message.ITS A BIG SCAM!!
Can anyone offer any additional recourse is? Because just like you, my charge with me way too long ago!
