While I am very pleased with the performance of my Kraftgun, I found the purchasing process and delivery time to be amongst the worst I have ever experienced. The long wait time would have been tolerable if not for all the other issues. Kraftgun ran my charge twice, which was all consuming to resolve seeing as how you can only communicate with Kraftgun via email and there is zero consistency for when they follow-up. It may be 48 hours or a week plus and by the time they do respond they are two or more threads behind. I finally gave up trying to get back a goodwill credit they offered for my troubles, but then was reversed because I finally disputed the second charge as I could not get Kraftgun to address. They continue to decline the credit on the basis I disputed the charge, for which I have provided credit card statements showing the duplicate charge and even acknowledged receipt of the one massage gun I purchased.

Love the gun, but be prepared for a crazy long delivery timeline and absolutely terrible support if you need it.

Like others, waiting since July. I purchased two guns and the charger. A significant amount of $. Got all the stock emails till I asked for a refund. They said “stick with us and we will discount 15%” with the shipment very soon. Nothing. Asked for a refund and they cancelled my order. Asked when I would get it -they said could take 5 days. Weeks later asked again and again and again...radio silence. Very frustrating experience!

Update (now almost 9 months after order) - After several more e-mails..asked if it would be quicker to just get the product vs. a refund. They sent out the two guns in 5 days (forgot the charger). Guns are great, but the process was painful.

I actually got my Kraftgun Force (supposedly newest upgrade) within 3 months. It is quieter and more powerful than a friend's Theragun they bought at Scheels.
Kraftgun gets only 2 stars from me b/c when I made my order in Nov2020 they were offering a calf attachment for free. It is now the middle of Feb2021, multiple emails back and forth (including today), and all I get is from the CSR is "I shipped your order to the warehouse and they will fulfill the order". That has not happened. Over-promise and under-deliver.

I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered it in May 2020 and recieved lots of emails about delays. Requested a refund early Dec and still havent got one. I am raising with my credit card and hopefully will get my money back.

Ordered my Kraftgun in the April 2020 Until now I still haven't received it. Over the remaining period of the year I did get updates from them saying there was delays in the production and then finally in August they said that they almost ready and will start shipping soon but they can’t choose the order in which they deliver so we just have to wait patiently for our Kraftgun. Lately i’ve been trying so many times to get a reply from them and to get them to call me and no one is replying. this is such BS because I waited sooooo long and still no product. i’m pretty sure my money is as good as gone now.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waiting since July 2020 for my Kraft gun. I asked for a refund which they said they processed in November and I have still not received it. I asked for a phone call as well and have not received one. This has been the most frustrating experience. Do not purchase from this company. Awful to deal with.

It is so unfortunate what a scam this company is. I have been waiting since April 2020 and asked for a refund multiple times and they refuse to do so. I've asked for a direct phone call which is never granted. I've worked with my bank but because the initial purchase was so long ago they ask me to work with the merchant. It is extremely frustrating. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy anything from this company. They will mess you around for months giving false deadlines for delivery. I have been waiting since May 2020 and still haven't received my gun.

SCAM!!!! They pay youtubers to do review so people will think their item will arrive. Been waiting for over12 months now. No item or refund either. Stop scamming innocent people

Ditto experience as all the rest of the 1-star reviews. Continous replies of "almost there...".
SCAM - I do not understand that they are allowed. I would suggest to all that see another add for this to file a complaint at the platform. E.g. Facebook.
I am kicking myself for not checking the review first :-(

I ordered my Kraftgun in OCTOBER of 2019! As of January 2021, I still do not have my order despite assurances that it will be there soon. No product is worth this hassle.

Scam do not buy. I purchased in May. Still have not received it. I asked for delivery date, tracking numbers, they just kept saying it will ship soon. I have asked for a refund since the beginning of December. No Kraftgun no refund! Save yourself the headache and buy a different kind!!

The absolute worst experience ever! it's taken over 9 months I ordered 2 of them, 1 was a gift for my sister. They never arrived and now they keep making excuses as to why they can't refund me! this company is useless and is a SCAM! Would give them no stars if that was an option!

Ordered it March 2020. Still had nothing but empty promises as of January 2021. Called my credit card company and through them it took no time to get my refund. Company is a scam, DO NOT BUY!!

I've waited over 9 months, I've asked for refunds and the best I received was 15% of my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company will charge you and not send an order receipt automatically, but you will get an email telling you it's a 70 day delivery window.

Chat is useless on their site. Nowhere does it say it is out of stock.

It's been an hour since my order with no response from customer support, no receipt, no order number to use with the chat on the site.

I'm going to dispute my charge. It doesn't matter the quality of the product if the customer service is this bad to start imagine if you have a defective product once you finally get it.

Update: I didn't have to refute the charges as I finally received my refund. However, I never received a receipt of any kind. I had to open nearly a dozen support tickets and even had to use the social media channel to open tickets. They are disjointed and always start from scratch. The team is not professional. The system is billing is not professional. Communication is the lowest of the low. I don't feel I would have received a refund of I we're not so persistent. I still do not recommend doing any business with this company.

My wife ordered a KRAFTGUN back in early September 2020.
After waiting two plus months, several inquiries met with canned and unprofessional messages that had upcoming shipping dates for product that were literally typed 8 months before our purchase date for our product purchase. Seeing this and the elementary level of grammar in Kraftgun correspondence and perpetual excuses, we demanded a refund. Also filed a credit card dispute with our credit card company (after reading other customer experiences) who immediately issued a credit.

Days before XMAS we received an email from KRAFTGUN claiming that theg had issued a refund for our purchase amount. The amount they claim to have refunded was $120.00 more than the purchase price! REALLY?
SO I contacted the credit card company and as you probably guessed, NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED and NONE IS PENDING.

CREDIT CARD COMPANY RECOMMENDS FILING CONSUMER FRAUD COMPLAINT WITH STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL.

SOUNDS LIKE SOUND ADVICE FOR ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN DEFRAUDED IN SAME MANNER!

I am reviewing the product, not the delivery time (factory closed in China so slow). I love the gun, with chronic pain I was limited to 10-15 mins walking in moderate pain before having to rest. I can now go much longer and have less pain. It very easy to use I can not handle the higher frequencies (ie lowest setting is great but 2 higher ones if u want to test yourself. Good battery and fairly quiet. I am very satisfied and could not be without it now.

Fraud and theft been over 12 months still nothing, how are they allowed to get away with this ?

Still waiting now for a refund.....

I ordered 20 in april 2020.

Initially, I was told that my order was ready but it would take around 3 months to get it since I am not in US. I thought it was fine

After those months I got nothing and obviously, I start to send emails to know what was going on, they always told me that it will take one more month, every month I send an email asking them again, always same reply.

I was in the TOP OF THEIR LIST but as I found out:
"By this point the had told me multiple times that I was "top of the list" but days after this email I hadn't heard from them so I checked their facebook page, turns out they tell everybody who complains that they are "top of the list". So this was another lie of theirs". This is from other costumer

THAT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME FOR ME:
Many emails were sent from me during these months trying to find out what was going on. Any email sent to them to complain over these 7-8 months has either been ignored or replied with some generic response "sorry for the delay" "You won't regret it" "We promise it's shipping soon."

I kept complaining and I have no clue if I am a priority or any other bulls***** I do not care. This is just and SCAM I would like to recover my money (impossible, I know).

Well it's now is Xmas I still don't have my shipping information and I have received no updates.
