This is a scam!! Stay away or get out as soon as you can.

Do not purchase!!! Ordered mine in June, still haven’t received this massage gun. Each email from this company just says they are “about” to ship but no real information. It’s a scam!

I have never written a review in my life, but this was to bad not to share. Ordered in June and was told 8-10 weeks for my order to be delivered. It’s November and still nothing. Every time I reach out for an updated get an automatic email saying it’s coming. I have finally caved and asked for a refund. We will see if I even get that. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!’n

I ordered back on April 27th, 2020. I was told the product would be shipped in June, then later due to the pandemic that it was changed to July. That changed to September, then the beginning of October, then middle of October, then my product would be shipped by the end of October. The customer service is terrible, all they say it is worth the wait. They are a bunch of crooks and scammers. If Men's Fitness truly backed this company then they are in on this scam too. Would give negative stars if possible. The website only has an email in which they use a pre-automated response back with. I contacted my bank for a dispute in charges due to the scam by this company with proof of all emails from this company and all the Facebook reviews I could screenshot. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could have written this review with 0 stars that would have described this despicable company. I placed an order with them in February 2020 for their new super duper Kraftgun. It is now 30/10/2020 and never received the product but they took the money from my account. For the last 8 months I have been fobbed off with numerous e-mails saying they have had a huge shipment order blah, blah, blah delays in shipping, blah, blah, blah. I have just found this page and now realise it had all been a scam. I have filed a complaint with Paypal about this company. Don't be scammed by this company.

I ordered four in March 2020.

Initially, I was told it would take 70 days, slightly annoying, but fine.

In April after questioning delivery I was promised that I would be added to the next delivery which would either be April 17 or June 5.

In may I emailed to ask if I had been sent my order. They said as soon as the product arrived it would be shipped the next day. But nothing had been sent yet.

In June I was told shipping would now start at the end of August.

On the 3rd of September, I received an email that shipping would start in a few days.

At the end of September, I sent a frustrated email asking what the hell is going on as I still hadn't received a tracking number. No reply.

On the 10th of October, we were sent an email that the product had finally arrived to their warehouse. And that they will fulfill ALL orders in October.

By this point the had told me multiple times that I was "top of the list" but days after this email I hadn't heard from them so I checked their facebook page, turns out they tell everybody who complains that they are "top of the list". So this was another lie of theirs.

Many emails were sent from me during these months trying to find out what was going on. Any email sent to them to complain over these 7-8 months has either been ignored or replied with some generic response "sorry for the delay" "You won't regret it" "We promise it's shipping soon."

After complaining again about their lies and incompetence, I was now told I'm priority (ooo now I'm really special.)

Well it's now the end of October, I still don't have my shipping information and I have received no updates. Kraftgun no longer responds to my emails and they no longer respond to my facebook messages.

Ordered mine in January of 2020, still haven’t received and it’s almost November . Generic email responses and now they made a different gun that looks far cheaper and far noisier than the original (but doesn’t ship)

I ordered by gun mid June now it’s 11th of October’s that’s almost 4 months I’ve asked for a refund and a week later they reply that now it is ready to be shipped

Ordered it in December 2019 until now I receive every two month an email with an explanation why I still don’t have my massage gun.
It’s a BIG Joke.
Ordered Recoverfun Massage gun and received it 10 days later for a third of the price.

Ordered the kraft gun at the beginning of May 2020 and I was told it would arrive in 6-8 weeks I believe. It is now October and it has not arrived. They sent 2 general emails in that whole amount of time stating they would ship at the end of September...September came and went. They lied, over promised and haven’t performed.... they are a bad company, and should be taken to court for blatant lies to consumers...

Do not order this if you want a massage gun because this company will never deliver a product. In my experience (and from the many FB reviews I read), order dates will continually get pushed back and you will never receive any specific details. I ordered this item over 6 months ago and every time it's supposed to ship, I get a *new* ship date. This company has loads of reviews of orders from as far back as 2019 who are still waiting with no product and NO answers. I contacted CS multiple times about my April order and only got a generic robot macro. Somehow every time my order is supposed to ship, that date is mysteriously pushed back. VERY FISHY. Not right. No business would operate with such vagueness for customers waiting over a YEAR for their order.

PayPal payment went to "Golovan LTD". If you search "Kraftgun Golovan LTD"in google, you will find more awful reviews.

It's a Scam. I've waited almost 8 months and never came up kraftgun. Fortunately i used Paypal to pay my equipment and they sent me back my money. Don't you ever buy anything on kraftgun's website.

Unfortunately, after a long time waiting, it turns out that this is a pure scam site. One is constantly being put off with e-mails that the product is being newly developed, is even better and that there are delivery problems because of CORONA...what a joke! I advise against ordering a KRAFTGUN. Goods will NEVER be delivered!

Same as the other posters - I ordered a Kraftgun in February and received nothing. Emailed them several times, and each time they said it was just a minor delay, but that they would make sure my order would be among the first to go out. New delivery date promises kept moving backwards - first May, then June, then ultimately they said that they had discontinued the model and “automatically upgraded” my order to arrive in September. I emailed several times asking for a refund, but they always ignored that O had asked for it. Finally I filed a complaint via PayPal (which I had used to pay for it) and got my refund within 24 hours.

This company is a scam, avoid at all costs!

Same situation as the previous review. I really would question the validity of any reviews on their website. I parted with the best part of £300 in January and as of yet received nothing but excuses and Lies. The first time was due to the COVID situation and their manufacturing was in China. Then when I chased I was going to revive in May definitely. When I again chased in June the previous model had been discontinued so they were going to be another delay due to guess what manufacturing. That will take me up to September!!! 9 Months after I ordered originally. I keep hearing it a great product but now thinking it could be a scam too.

This company is a complete scam. I'm surprised that this is the first Trustpilot review, as when you look online you will find multiple people who have been scammed, as I have.

I ordered a Kraftgun in January 2020 and still have not received it in June. I have asked several times to cancel my order and be refunded but Kraftgun either refuses to answer my emails completely or replies with "I am glad you have decided to wait for your Kraftgun to arrive", pretending that I have not asked for a refund. They have been saying for several months that it is in their warehouse and will be sent next week, each time this has been a lie.

While it is understandable that companies have been affected by COVID, what is absolutely unacceptable is the fact that Kraftgun does not reply to emails, has no other way of contacting customer service, and repeatedly lies about when the product will be sent. Kraftgun has had bad reviews for customer service and delay of product dispatch since before the COVID situation. I saw these reviews and still decided to risk buying a Kraftgun and I sorely regret it. Every day I waste time contacting the Kraftgun customer service department with no reply.
