Worst experience EVER!

Worst experience EVER!! Bought a gun in 2rd May this year. Despite numerous emails about upgrades and shipping soon no product ever arrived. I have since asked for a refund on the 2nd of December and am still waiting for this despite being told it would be done there and then.

I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to raise a fraud case. This is just one massive scam. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A POOP COVERED STICK!!!!

If we could give zero stars we would. Ordered in April 2020, had not received by October and their emails were getting more and more vague. Requested a refund in early November. Were "assured" that the money had been refunded on their end and it just "takes a few days" for it to process through the credit card company. As of December 21st, still no refund and our credit card company is looking into the matter. Save yourselves time, money, and hassle and get a Theragun instead. Great service, fast shipping, and well worth the money!

Im still waiting for my two guns plus spine ball i ordered back in November 2019 and when i asked where it was they replied saying where shipping as soon as it is available absolute f ng scammed you dogs you better hope i dont track you down

I ordered on April 26. By June the company started sending spam-like emails claiming they have a new version they are upgrading me to for free but need more time. More excuse emails went on and on. They even sent an email in Nov stating "this product is real" with pictures of boxes in a garage - so many people were pissed they actually had to send this email, as I'm sure the product did not exist except some prototype. I replied to each of them and their "helpdesk" replied in broken English that they will be shipping "by the end of the month" - which never happened, repeatedly. Finally, in late Nov I realized this company was a scam and issued a chargeback in November - lucky for them chargeback periods are in the first month. Walla, just a few days later, I receive a notice my product shipped. April 26 order - Dec 9 est arrival. I believe they are conning people into investing in a product that doesn't exist so they can use the money and build the product. This is highly unethical. They should use Kickstarter instead. By the way, no discount provided for waiting 9 months. I will be reporting to the BBB and other government entities.

Waited over 10 months for a product, customer service emails were very slow and blunt, when I eventually asked for my refund it took far too long. till unsure if i've received all of my money back.. would stay clear and go else where.

We have been waiting for this product since May. We have sent email requesting the item to be sent. We've been offered a 15% rebate but it has been long enough now and we had to file a dispute with our credit card company. Do not buy from this company.

Bought Kraftgun on 23 July 2020. Order #49083 - Numerous follow ups over 4.5 months with only sales responses (how good the product is) & empty promises of delivery “very soon”.

I have given Kraftgun every possible chance to remediate but nothing.

When a company doesn’t publish a phone number & all dealing via faceless emails, stay away!

Luckily I bought via PayPal and received refund within 24 hours of raising dispute. Well done, PayPal.

Stay AWAY from Kraftgun, WORST company ever dealt with - NO PRODUCT is that good or worthwhile risking your earned money on.

I would not recommend this product. I placed an order in April and now it’s December and still not received it. Just a lot of promises and then they also fall through. Very bad business practices. I ordered a gun through JC Penny had got it three days later and it is awesome. Be warned. This is probably a scam.

I would like to give it a -5. I punched 2 kraftguns in May and still have not received them yet. NO ONE should purchase from them ever. I feel like I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. They do not have a phone number to call and they are not any help on the website as they only handle sells. Very unhappy and frustrated. I paid a lot of money to be 6 months into this and have no product in my hand.

SCAM. My experience mirrors that described in the reviews below. Ordered two guns first week in June. Cancelled first week in November after numerous reassurance re shipping dates, all of which came and went. Told refund has been made but 3 weeks later still haven't received any money into my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I like others have had the same experience with this firm. I ordered their massage gun back in July with the original understanding that it would be six to nine weeks for delivery. It is now the end of November, six months. They have still not provided the product and repeated emails for a refund have gone unanswered.

I finally looked up the company on the Better Business Bureau only to find that they have a two plus year history of never supplying their customers with the product nor refunds. I am totally dismayed with my stupidity in trusting in this firm before doing my homework first.

Ordered on late april. Still not received 7 months after. This by definition is a scam whether or not the product arrives today. No product is worth this wait. If kraftgun knew or were uncertain when the product would ship, it's only good business practice to provide a refund and put customers on a waitlist if they wish. However, since September, kraftgun has been promising that the product will ship next week. This was obviously false information to keep customers waiting based on a lie. I cancelled my order today despite the sales rep offering a 15% refund and promised the product would arrive in the next few days. I don't care at this point as I have no wish to do business with this company anymore. Just don't lie.

I know that there have been a lot of reviews out there about excessive wait times with Kraftgun but wanted to provide my timeline so you can be informed of what you will be in store for you if you order this massage gun. After waiting for 7 months I was abruptly told that my order was cancelled and that they were not able to provide me a refund, because a dispute had been made on my credit card, even though no such dispute had been made.

- 26 April 2020: Order placed fully aware that it would take “8-10 weeks” to deliver so I was ok with waiting
- 14 June (week 8): I received an email telling me that I would be getting the new Kraftgun Force instead and that it would “take a little bit longer”
- 4 July (week 11): Received email stating that they were making progress and that the Kraftgun would be “shipped by the end of August”
- 31 August (week 19): Checked on order since it was to be shipped by the end of August (heard nothing) and was told that it would now ship by the “end of September”
- 2 October (week 24): Checked on order since it was supposed to be shipped by the end of September (heard nothing) as told that it would again “ship by the end of the month” (presumably this is now end of October). I was offered a 15% refund in order to continue waiting. They had been relatively responsive to emails so I opted to accept that offer.
- 10 October (week 25): Received an email letting me know that this would be “shipping month”
- 1 November (week 28): 15% refund was processed to my account. Received email telling me that shipping would begin going out to customers
- 15 November (week 30): Received email out of the blue, with no explanation, telling me that my order has been cancelled and that a refund would be processed.
- 18 November (week 30): I am now told that they are unable to provide me with a refund because there was a dispute with my credit card for the charges. I have not (yet) made any disputes with my credit card but I surely am going to now.

So after waiting for 30 weeks, nearly 8 months, my order was just cancelled with no explanation. Probably for the best (assuming that I actually receive my refund) but it is quite disappointing knowing that I could have had a different massage gun for the past 8 months. If you actually want to get the product I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Ordered a Kraft Gun in May 2020 as a birthday gift for my father and it still hasn’t arrived (Nov 2020). We keep getting emails pushing back the promised delivery date and I’m really thinking this is a scam and Kraft Gun should do the right thing and return money to customers. I’m so upset. It’s a significant amount of money.

***UPDATE*** after emailing them and asking them to ship the product or refund the credit card, it was finally shipped and received yesterday (Dec 15 2020).

Worst customer service you can possibly think of. Just really bad. First of all, they promised to deliver the massage gun in 2 months. Reality, they delivered it in 6 months. Not even an exaggeration. If you buy from them be ready to wait half a year. The customer support at during that time was non existent, no updates on how long it might take, that there's a delay or anything. Each time I asked where my product was, they sent me a generic reply.

On to the second problem. We lost our charger and are trying to replace it. When I contacted them to find out where I can buy one they said they will send me one for free. Awesome, I was happy about that. Well, 3 months later, still no charger, and they wont tell me what replacement charger I need to buy. So now I have a useless massage gun sitting around that I can't even use. If I could, I would give negative starts.

I ordered 1 in april 2020.

Initially, I was told it would take 70 days, slightly annoying, but fine.

In April after questioning delivery I was promised that I would be added to the next delivery which would either be April 17 or June 5.

In may I emailed to ask if I had been sent my order. They said as soon as the product arrived it would be shipped the next day. But nothing had been sent yet.

In June I was told shipping would now start at the end of August.

On the 3rd of September, I received an email that shipping would start in a few days.

At the end of September, I sent a frustrated email asking what the hell is going on as I still hadn't received a tracking number. No reply.

On the 10th of October, we were sent an email that the product had finally arrived to their warehouse. And that they will fulfill ALL orders in October.

By this point the had told me multiple times that I was "top of the list" but days after this email I hadn't heard from them so I checked their facebook page, turns out they tell everybody who complains that they are "top of the list". So this was another lie of theirs.

Many emails were sent from me during these months trying to find out what was going on. Any email sent to them to complain over these 7-8 months has either been ignored or replied with some generic response "sorry for the delay" "You won't regret it" "We promise it's shipping soon."

After complaining again about their lies and incompetence, I was now told I'm priority (ooo now I'm really special.)

Well it's now mid november, I still don't have my shipping information and I have received no updates. Kraftgun no longer responds to my emails and they no longer respond to my facebook messages.

These guys are a scam!!!!!! I have never been so angry at a company. They have continued to push delivery dates father and farther away. The absolute worst costumer service ever.

I ordered 4 Kraft guns. It's been almost 11.5 months now. NOT acceptable. No one said it'd take a year to fulfill this order. If I knew I never would have placed an order.

This company is a joke and a scam.. waited 7 months with responses like it’s going to ship, best gun ever, worth the wait with no other information... my husband has been emailing them and the last time we asked for an update we received no response.. we are disputing this with our bank! Ridiculous !
