Good item, fast delivery!

I’ve ordered from here several times and each time has been hassle free. The products are fantastic value and really are as easy to use as what the website claims.
One set of hair extensions I ordered had a faulty clip but the staff at Krystellie were quick to resolve this for me and I was extremely happy with how it was dealt with. Will definitely buy from here again and recommend to all my friends! Thank you!!

I’ve bought a lot of extensions in my time. Bought the 3 piece clip in straight natural black 18” they’re amazing. My hair has thinned a lot and damaged due to dying it a lot. But these have transformed my hair and my look. A lot more confident now. Would give more stars if I could 5* definitely. Very quick delivery also. Came before my holiday. Very happy 😁😁

Excellent hair extensions use them for a year now. I've bought several types and they are always very realistic. I get so many comments on my hair whenever i wear them.

Fantastic product! I have been using krystellie hair extensions for a couple of years now and the quality and service has always been excellent. Have recommended to several friends who also love them.

The extensions I ordered took almost two months to arrive, customer service is useless & they were sent in dirty packaging that smelled horrible don’t waste your money buying from them

My complaint is this- I ordered an item from your website on 01/03/18 and paid the sum of £6.95 for next day delivery as this was a birthday present for my daughter whose birthday falls on 04/03/18 which is a Sunday this year.

The item had failed to arrive by Sunday (which was my daughters birthday and THREE days after I placed the order!) and has yet to arrive, and according to your emails it has only been dispatched today!
In the interim I contacted your company on Facebook and received a very rude and sarcastic response to my query, mentioning the bad weather and your employees during her scathing message. Now I do understand that there has been bad weather, however there was no note on the website detailing that it had caused your particular company delays in sending orders, nor did this employee even seem keen on refunding my shipping charge, considering the item was not sent out via your own terms and conditions.

I am absolutely livid that instead of me being refunded in full (when the item hadn't even been dispatched at that point!) that I have subsequently been ignored and you have chosen to dispatch the item today, 4 days late and I no longer require it as the date has now passed.
Incidentally other companies I ordered online from at the same time and date were excellent with communication, and were able to indeed send the items the same day and were received the next.

So to sum up:
Next day delivery service is a joke, items are not sent the same day in order to be received the next.
Terrible customer service- no response to messages and rude employees when answered via the Facebook page.
Trying to get a refund means doing a chargeback via your bank.

Nightmare organisation to deal with. ignores you constantly. Best to avoid them at all cost. Products are crap quality.
