I will honestly never get my extensions anywhere else but Krystellie. Their synthetic extensions are the best quality I've ever come across and are so thick. They aren't plastic looking or overly shiny like other extensions and EVERYONE thinks they're my real hair! The prices are amazing and they always arrive so quickly, thank you Krystellie!

Im really in love with this extension 💗 I was trying a lot and spend a lot of money for nothing.... Even its not real hair it feels and looks real... It's already in a nice shape and super thick.... The clips are amazing and staying on place... The customer service is also very friendly and helpful... Just perfect...

Amazing hair extensions- the colour match is incredible and such a wide choice of shades. Excellent quality. The only slight snag is the delivery time. Granted I ordered on a bank holiday so allowed for 2 extra days but I didn’t receive my order until 6 days after I ordered even though the delivery charge was for 1-2 working days.

Easy to use site, great customer service, prompt delivery and good quality products. I only buy my hair extensions here, I wouldnt go anywhere else for them. Clothing is nice too :)

Excellent and fast delivery,good quality of hair and I am happy customer for almost 2 years.

I still havent recieved my extensions yet. No one is giving me a refund, I even paid £7 for Saturday delivery and never turned up.

Usually brilliant, love the hair extensions. Have had a few of the wrong items sent but most of the time they have corrected this. The actually extensions are brilliant for the price.

Bought the ombre chocolate brown and caramel one piece. Matches perfectly!! Quick to get to me and love the pricing and the videos on Facebook by the gorgeous girls of krystellie

I love the website, its so easy to find what you're looking for. I've got hair extensions from here a few times now and always love them. I always get compliments when I wear them and it boosts my confidence so much! The only complaint I'd have is that they don't last very long before they start to get messy and new ones are needed. But considering the price, you can;t have everything!

Hope to God your colour choices are right because you won’t get a refund. As many have said, refund requests are ignored via email and Facebook and customer service is excellent when getting your business but disappears when you need help. Legal action being taken. AVOID.

Quite impressed, for the price the hair is pretty amazing 😉 it’s not real hair so requires frequent brushing and more upkeep but good quality non the less and better quality than some much more expensive extensions I’ve had before. I will definitely be back for more and if they ever make human hair extensions will be the first to order!

I mailed them on Facebook about a free colour match and they got back to me straight away and helped me pick what they think would match my hair best.I ordered a 20” curly one piece on the Monday and I had it by the Wednesday morning also came in nice packaging!

What I also liked when messaging their customer service team they reassured me of when the product arrived and it wasn’t a match to my hair as long as I didn’t open it I could send back for a full refund/exchange which is good but I didn’t have to do that as I got a match first time.

They also sell printed t-shirts , clothes and makeup which I was pleasantly surprised about and which I will probably look at soon
