No replies in2 days! Although been online posting on Facebook. Tried email and Facebook for past 2 days and nothing, other than comment deleted! Ordered and not only paid for next day delivery but paid extra due to Saturday delivery and still not even picked up yet according to tracker and ordered especially for tonight! If I knew they wouldn't be here then I would have ordered elsewhere but trusted this company!

Happy that a local business has an amazing brand for such a needed product! I have used Krystellie for years and it’s so easy to find your colour and there is a large range of products to meet your needs. Also if you forgot your colour from last time it’s so easy to check your order history to see what you bought! I purchased a curly and straight weft and patiently waiting for my delivery. I always recommend this company to friends and family

I made my purchase which wasn't delivered and nobody is responding to me via Facebook chat. There is no UK number to contact. I reported this company to Action Fraud.

Have used krystellie a few times now. Hair looks so real and easy to put in. So easy as didn’t have to curl the hair either! I got a lot of compliments about my hair when I had these in! My hair is ver fine and made it look lovely and big and bouncy!

The best place been to.

The reason why i say this because tgey are really professional and they deal with the clients in a really good way and they behave in a really good manner. Also tgey make sure that no customer be's upset and go home. They always make sure there customers are happy and if they arent happy then thry will do re do it for them. Also as i said this is the best place i have been to out of all the places i went to and i would reccomend this company to anyone. They make you feel like home

Purchased black-burgundy and burgundy. Good prices, quick delivery and quality products. Have recommended and will definitely use again!

Sent me the wrong extensions (which were REALLY POOR quality).
Even though they sent me the wrong item I had to return the extensions at my own expense with the promise they'd send out replacements (they didn't).
Ended up having to get my money back through PayPal resolution centre.
Trading Standards were also extremely unimpressed with them once they'd looked into them, their company name is also completely different to their trading name.
I believe a lot of these reviews about this company to be fake, they are an extremely unscrupulous and unprofessional company.

Always buy my extensions from here as they are good quality and you get a good few wears out of them unlike other places that sell the extensions for a higher price but the quality is not as good as Krystalie ! People always compliment them and I always recommend krystalie
